I Have purchased a lot of furniture from here. I bought two leather couches in September of 2013 that are now peeling and coming apart not even two years later. I purchased the 100.00 warranty. So I called the company to have this fixed and was told the warranty was registered incorrectly to contact American freight so I did. I was told it was fixed and to call again and I received the same response from Guardian. Called the manager Dara and was told he would talk to his boss and fix the issue. A month later I receive a email that says if it does not get fixed soon they will refund my money for the warranty. That does not fix the couches that fell apart not even two years into it. This was the reason I purchased the warranty. This has been ongoing for a month now and still no solution in sight. In fact Dara did not even reply to the last email I sent him a week ago. I will never by furniture from here again.

Worst experience ever! Terrible service. I ordered several pieces of furniture and was told that my sectional would be in in two weeks. Never heard from anyone and so I started calling. I was then told, they do not have my sectional and do not know when they can get it. Finally got in touch with a district manager that was nice and said that I could check out what they had online and see if there was another sectional I wanted and he would give me a $100 credit towards it. Go figure, they do not have the one in stock from the online selection and dont know when they will! I canceled my whole order and had to fight for a refund!!!!! Do not recommend to anyone!!!!

We purchased a sofa and loveseat last year. Within 6 months the cushions was sagging in the middle. We called the store and explained the problem. They asked we take pictures and send them to the website. We did and within 2 months we was credited back everything we spent. We went to the store and choose a sectional. It was more then our credit. We was ready to pay the difference. The store manager said " it is taken care of" i call that integrity. This company went above anything we would have expected. They have a customer for life! We love our new sectional. Will be going back soon to purchase more! Thks American Freight!

The ads that they advertise are very misleading. The prices online dont reflect the prices you will pay in the store. For example, my wife and I drove from Indiana to Florence to purchase a queen size mattress and box spring for $199. Thought it was a deal. $139 todays price each piece is what add said. When you get to the store, the mattress is over $300 and they dont sell them by the piece even though it says that. Doesnt make any sense at all. I went to a local competitor an hour later and spent $280 for a better quality mattress and box spring.

We had dealt with some terrible customer service and empty promises through Value City Furniture so when we arrived at American Freight we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was really friendly they had the couch we wanted in the store to check it out in person. Dara the worker we dealt with promised us the couch by Thursday and he kept his word. The couch was delivered HOURS before we thought it would be and the guys were really friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs furniture quickly.

I am seriously disgusted with the service. I have been waiting since 10am for my furniture and NOTHING! Not even a call to let me know what is going on. I keep calling up to the store and they ensure me it will be delivered. Its currently going on 9pm and the store is now closed. I STILL havent received a call on my furniture. This is not worth the $70 delivery charge. I just want my bed set! I will never do business with American Freight again. This is the worst service I have ever had.

I HAVE BEEN A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER..SHOPPED AT THE CINCINNATI LOCATION..THE KY LOCATION IS A JOKE.BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE THIS TIME I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT COMPANY..THE STAFF HERE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING..PURCHASED FURNITURE FROM HERE ON THE 4TH AND DIDNT GET UNTIL 20TH.GET MY STUFF AND WHEN IT ARRIVED ITS CHEAPLY MADE AND THE BEDS SUCK..VERY THIN MATTRESS..DONT SHOP HERE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF AND HEADACHE.SPENT 1300 HERE!!! NEVER EVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!

Drove over there from Norwood, Ohio in response to a mail ad listing basic full-size mattresses for $59.00. Was greeted with an immediate, "Oh, wed have to special order that and we cant sell one separate from a set." I said I just need a full-size mattress, do you have one to sell? He then shows me a crappy little mattress and has the nerve to ask $140.00 for it. Very rude and couldnt have cared less to make a sell or not. Waste of my time.

Can you give negative stars??? I was totally lied to. I specifically asked the salesperson if the delivery team would assemble everything. He said yes, for $100.00. Turns out the delivery was $100.00 and nothing was assembled. I dont have any tools or the physical ability to do this myself. They wouldnt even let me pay extra to assemble it. Now I am stuck with thousands of dollars worth of boxes that I cant do anything with.

I just bought a sectional sofa about 2 months ago, the springs are sagging so bad already that Im going to have to buy a new one. I bought a mattress and box spring about a year ago and the box spring makes all kinds of noises. I thought it was just from being moved to my new place, but after my couch problems, Im not so sure. Wont ever buy from here again.

Went in for bunk beds for my kids... came back later and bought new couch and love seat. Sales guys were great showing me around the floor answered all my questions and even offered me a discount on couches that i bought. Delivery guys were great very polite and did great job even moved out my old couch for me

The worst place to buy furniture. Cheap garbage furniture, rude and useless salespeople, and a completely worthless and pathetic insurance program. Were extremely rude to us. Please save yourself time and energy and go ANYWHERE but this horrific excuse for a furniture store!

me and my wife when to the one in florence ky was sold a leather sectional havent had it for a full 2 weeks yet and it coming apart already she spoke with a manager who stated that they would replace so lets see ?

My couch was delivered on the day I was told it would be. They delivered it to my 3rd floor apartment and it was pretty easy to put the feet on and set up. They were nice and quick in and out.
