I bought a new mattress and bed from the Florence, KY Furniture Fair Store. I ended up not liking the mattress and Furniture Fair replaced it with a different one with no hassle. The footboard on the bed cracked (not the stores fault) and they replaced that for me as well. They went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Joyce and C were wonderful to work with. I would definitely consider buying from them again!

Huge selection and they have good deals on furniture. But they cannot negotiate prices on mattresses which cost them a sale and a purchase of living room furniture. It is still a place to look when seeking name brand bargains though.
