My wife and I frequented this store often. The customer service at this location is minimal at best. I walked around the store until I found all the employees up front (no other employee in the rest of the store, typical here). I had asked the manager about a floor model that I wanted to purchase and she said she could not hold it overnight. I could not transport the item in the rain (leather chair) and was hoping that they would at least keep the item I purchased until the next day when the rain had stopped. The manager was unwilling to work with me at all and was even combative in our conversation. With the competition all around I find it funny that the management is not willing to work with its customers. We decided to go elsewhere for a similiar chair where they were willing to work with us. The overall store is great, its just too bad that customer service is horrible.

Athome is like a combination of Pier 1, Hobby Lobby and Marshals (or a like store). The location is huge and at times certain areas look extremely disheveled. The selection of products is broad and in most cases you should be able to find what you are looking for. In general, the prices are reasonable. In fact, I would expect better prices and thats one of the reasons I would shop here. The location as I mentioned is huge and is a repurposed building. Its an older building and the general store layout does not give a tidy feel. Regardless, they have a good selection, decent prices and a broad range of products.

Garden Ridge is run by idiots! The store manager and the district manager are nuts! Ive been around this area for twenty years and have never seen a company that strives to be rude to surrounding businesses! Dont dare park in their parking lot unless you are inside buying overpriced JUNK.....they love to call tow trucks! I think someone there has "little man syndrome"......

Surprise this store is a nice store. It is like mix between rooms to go and marshall. They sell all outside stuff for holidays and furniture too. They evening sell mattresses as well as pillow. Now to break rumors they do NOT sell blinds. When i ask one of the associates they said "...well we have only few since we starting out in this location....but online maybe best"

First time here and impressed with such a large space. Pricing and quality are proportionate. We visited the Douglasville location and found it to be a good substitute for IKEA. We noticed that there ISNT A STAFF PRESENCE, so if you needed help youd have to actively find someone to assist you. Seasonal section is bleak.

This place has a wide selection of everything you could possibly want to put outside at your home. I find a lot of the things overpriced for the quality. Perhaps I am a very picky and cheap shopper. But I visit regularly because it literally has something from every genre!

Looks like a nice and big place, hard to find anyone in there they need more employees and they just have a bunch of stuff which is overpriced and old looking just little trinkets that look like they have been recycled, remanded and put back in a shelf.

Huge inventory of household items from rugs to furniture to artwork and thousands of accessories. There is also outdoor furniture and seasonal items. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom accessories as well. This place must be over 100,000 square feet!

I love this store! If you need something unique, you can find so many choices here. The only thing is if you see something, be prepared to buy it because most of the time it wont be there if you leave and come back
