Unbelievable. I decided that I wanted to sell my MacBook Pro after I had wiped it, but we decided not to continue a transaction. The encounter was corgial though and the man seemed very friendly. However, when I took it back home I realized that my computer was locked and wasnt accessible! I called the Apple Store and said that the only way that could have happened is if someone other than me made another account! The only person to have even looked at my Mac after I had it wiped was him after I went back to my car to get another item to sell. Now I have to take it back to the Apple Store! This is absolutely absurd. Theres no other explanation. I never thought a business would treat someone like this. Spare yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

These guys are going to assume that you are just as stupid as them. They assume you havent looked up any of the going rates for the items you want to sell. They will lie straight to your face about the prices they see online, they will give you $20 dollars tops for a $200+ item. They assume you just want twenty to get drugs. All of that couldve been overlooked, but they were so smug about it that I had to write this review. And just so everyone knows i went to a different Pawn shop nearby, and they offered me 5x as much for the same item. Avoid these guys like the plague.

i have been going here for over three years and have never had a poor experience. everyone is very reasonable and always willing to work with you. i am always greeted with a smile and talked to by first name basis. i have been to dozens of other pawn shops all around michigan and nothing else compares, the staff in most other pawn shops are very cold and distant with me but at five star pawn i feel like family. i highly recommend you go to five star pawn and see what youve been missing!

Great bunch of guys at 5 star pawn. I recently had a month off work and had to pawn some items to get through the down time. Everyone at 5 star pawn were very fair and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a loan. The prices for their items for sale are very good also so I would recommend checking them out first if your looking to buy anything. This place dont have fair prices on gold or anything else you can find they told me that for a 32 Inch tv they would only give 25 dollars motor city pawn will give me almost a 100 big difference and they are cheap on the gold also but they will sell it all for 10 times what they bought it for

WORST pawn shop ever. My tv is selling used for around 1500.00 and these guys said the most 200 if we are lucky lol..........wow. On top of that very rude and mostly arrogant. If zero stars was a option thats what i would give. I went to another pawn shop and got a offer for 750.

called these guys on the phone about a drill they told me $30 they would give mI. I drove there they told me $5 the drill is brand-new I was completely honest they are just trying to lowball anyone they can. I do not recommend anyone frequent this establishment.

Great service, nice place, We agreed on a more then fair price for my old Onkyo stereo receivers. I shopped around after and their resale prices seem more then fair as well. When Im looking to buy a new TV, Ill definitely be back.
