I called to ask about a vehicle and a woman answered very rude and said the car was sold which I had a feeling she didnt know what she was talking about, so I decided to call back 4 hours later took me 20 mins to get a hold of someone and finally when I did, a rude salesman answered, I asked him about the same car and he said it was available thats funny the woman told me it was sold lol wow, I asked him how the vehicle was and how the condition of the vehicle was and he responds "its good" I said can you tell me a little bit about the vehicle he says " its good" with his indian accent I said hows the truck sir he said come take a look at it your self and depends what mood you are in????? WHAT ? What does that even mean lmaoo I ask him about the price he said we are firm. Keep in my mind the truck has damaged all over and I wasnt going to low ball him on the price but just wanted something off and he kept saying no we are firm so I said youre a horrible salesman and he responds with "I KNOW" what a joke. Stay away from these unprofessional uneducated people!!!!

5/5...if I need another vehicle in IL, I am definitely coming back. Mohamed and his brother, Sam, and all of the staff at Your Choice Autos are professional, competent, and exceedingly helpful. I was interested in a Corolla, came in the late morning to test it out, asked them to correct a minor issue, and drove away in the evening with everything 100 percent perfect. I got the vehicle at 75 percent of the market value; an incredible, incredible deal! And it was an enjoyable process, to boot. Mohamed was also knowledgeable about inter-state registration and regulations and set me up with everything I needed to know as a first-time car owner. This dealership may seem, at first glance, like a car lot, but its staff are at least as professional and knowledgeable as those at a flashier dealership...and with much better prices, as well. Dont hesitate to visit these guys...seriously, you wont leave disappointed!

We drove almost 2 hours to look at a truck for our business. The salesperson was rude--wouldnt stop messing with his phone. My husband needed to test drive it so if we bought it, (which we were gonna do if it ran properly) wed have no problems getting it home. They wouldnt let us take out for test drive, they kept saying, "drive it around the lot"--well this truck is an F650 (straight box truck, almost a semi), and my husband needed to get the truck out of 1st gear to see if ran right. They still wouldnt let it go out of the lot. Well, THEY LOST A SALE! All around very rude, salesperson & mechanic (trying to get the truck started). Very shady--only place weve tried to purchase a vehicle where we wouldnt of been comfortable buying a vehicle. So sad, if they had good customer service, I bet cars would be flying off their lot.

Went to the dealer today to buy a car and I was hoping to finance the car. When talking to the car salesman, he did not want to go forward with it, because he said the "banks were closed" so he could not do that option. He kept insisting that I paid cash, but I came for the financing. He basically told me to apply online and to wait for his call on Monday. First of all, I know for sure the banks were not closed, because I know no dealership would be open if that was the case. I was really dissapointed with the service, because I was hoping to bring the car home today. I called back after filling out the application and another guy answered and he was able to call the bank and give me the loan details. I cannot believe they treat their customers in such a way.

Thanks to Your Choice Autos I was able to acquire financing that I was struggling to find elsewhere; Im thankful for this. However, its been three weeks since my purchase and I still dont have registration. When I call the dealership I get bounced around, misinformed, and told different things by different people. My lender has attempted to contact them and the dealership will not return their calls. This matter is now being escalated to the lenders legal department and Im rapidly running out of time on my temporary registration. I suggest anybody interested in purchasing a car from Your Choice Autos should exercise extreme caution.

My husband and i drove all the way here from rock island illinois for a lincoln town car, when we got here the car was nothing like the photos and the car fax report didnt match the condition of the vehicle. We asked over the phone if there was anything we should know about before driving 3 hours and the response was no everything online was exactly how the car was, come to find out it doesnt even come close. We have looked at 3 different cars while here and each one isnt worth the askin price.. Closed a door on a buick and u heard/saw rust poor out from under the car but they want 5 grand for it.. This place appears to be a rip off..

I looked at a car on Friday and after asking about the "100% loan approval" sign they say they dont even give out loans and you have to go through a bank with them. After applying for a loan with them on Friday they said to call back Saturday and they will have an answer. After we call they said they havent started and will call us back 30 minutes with an answer. An hr and a half later we call back and tell us the exact same thing. It is now Monday and they wont even answer our calls. UPDATE: they said they can finance but they raised the price of the car over 33%. Just very annoying and misleading

I drove 12 hours to pick up a truck that they gave me their word that it was everything I was asking for in a truck. When I got there and laid eyes on it, it was even better than I was expecting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When it is time to get my children a vehicle we will make another trip to Illinois. YOUR CHOICE AUTOS OF WAUKEGAN is a great place to get your RIDE. Thanks to all the staff at the Waukegan store for my Dream Truck at a GREAT PRICE! You guys and gal are AWESOME!

When safety doesnt count. This dealership agreed to fix an existing safety related fault with the vehicle I bought, sadly after 3 visits they do not fix the issue they merely cancel the warning light and tell you they fixed it. 3 times they have lied, 3 times they have put my families safety at risk. They will smile and tell you they are honorable and trustworthy guys but they are not. I would advise anyone to shop elsewhere, they hide issues and do not care if that puts you at risk.

I have to admit I thought we made a bad choice after our purchase. But I was so wrong. We bought a beautiful sleek black Cadillac from Muhammad we had some issues with the car but all it took was a phone call and he made it right. They have tons of cars at very reasonable prices. Check them out first before going to the big dealerships or the typical buy here pay here places. Youll be pleasantly surprised.
