So far not so good. Bought pool on 5-13-17 and was told pool would deliver the following Wednesday but it didnt. Got a call Thursday saying they would be delivering that day but no biggie I was told install would be 2-3 weeks anyway. Paid $50 extra for site inspection to be sure there would not any issues. Was told inspector would be there Saturday 5-20-17. It got to be 5-18 and I had to call saying I hadnt heard anything from the inspector and was told the inspector would call me that night to confirm......but didnt. I called again the next day and was told he was scheduled to be at my house before 12 pm Saturday 5-20-17. I waited on 5-20 but never saw him. Called at 11pm to be sure he was coming once again and received a call back at 1:30pm saying quote "all the brake lines on hos truck went out" hmmmm. Then was yold the install manager would call me to reschedule which he did Monday. When he called he apologized for them missing the Saturday appointment but they had issues with rain. Now remember I was told Saturday the issue was a broke down truck? Dont appreciate being obviously lied to. Was also told the delays were due to having a wrong number on my invoice but again recall that they called me the previous week to say they were dropping off the pool. How did they do that without a good working number? Finally got the inspector to show up and completed the inspection (just wanted to be sure a stump wouldnt be a problem). Keep in mind its 6-05-17 as I post this and I still hadent been contacted about actual installation of the pool. I had to call today to be told my install date is 6-14-17. When I was at the store I was told 2-3 weeks? I fully expect to be told they need to delay my install as it seems they do not have good control of their operations. This will be 6 weeks after purchase not 2-3 like I was told. I should have bought online and hired installer myself would have been so much easier and I recommend the same for anyone reading this. You can save the headache by just doing it yourself or hiring someone yourself. Dont expect service. Update 6-14-17 Well they actually showed up this morning and install crew are nice good guys. Started work and rain hit which I understand they had to halt work. The part you should know as a buyer is if this happens you get moved to the back of the install line. They do not finish the job they are on before starting the next. Not something you are told during purchase. My advice again is do it yourself or speak directly to the install side of the business before setting any expectations. Dont believe a word the salesman says about install. Dont pay for site inspection as it is a joke. Didnt mark spot for pool, didnt do a sample dig to identify any root issues etc before saying site is good. Pools of fun I hear have a much better outfit to work with. If you choose family leisure you have been warned. Update 6-20 they returned today, complained about the site conditions that theu created on the previous visit a week ago. Said it was too wet? We have had 2 pop up thunderstorms ainve they were here a week ago. I went to work left my Father in law to watch the project. He calls and says they left AND TOOK THE POOL! Now they have my money and pool! This outfit is ridiculous and if you question my review look on bbb. Also not tje only reviews that get responses are good ones. Notice their website has nothing but praise in the reviews. This should tell you everything you need to know about their customer care. No shortage of reviews saying their customer service is nonexistent!

UPDATE!!!! The guys doing install were great They even had some extra parts that leisure shorted me though not all of them......sad thing is that here we are 7 weeks later my other items were delivered 3 days ago that they claim were on back order yet I am still missing items really????? Never again will I ever again purchase so much as a float or chlorine tablet from these people this is ridiculously poor service and truth be told I received an install after my other parts were delivered which would be fine but 3 days after delivery I have a an install appointment when this whole time I was told due to inclement weather sounds like they lied and just didnt want to tell me that they did not have the items I needed for installation......1 star is a joke because I can not give 0 stars....... Was told 3 to 4 weeks for installation if delivery date was set the day of purchase. Then told it was 3 to 4 weeks from delivery date. Then called to check on it at the end of week 3 and was told I would get a call the following week. After calling today which is the end of week 4 was told that I should be getting a call next week to install the following week which would now be week number 6 for the install. I could think of a better way to have spent $8,000 and if I do not receive the call next week for installation they can come get their pool out of my garage refund my money and I will gladly get 1 from my local dealer who informed me that they would have had it in within 3 weeks but was a little more expensive. You get what you pay for it guess and I thought that buying the largest pool and best kit they offer for the money would have better serviced than it has been. Lesson learned no more big box stores for me back to the local economy even if it is a little more expensive because thats where the services are apparently. UPDATE......week 6 still no call from them called to check on it and was told I would be receiving a call tonight or tomorrow to set up an install appointment which we were also told on week 5. However, when I asked if my supplies that were not delivered were available the lady said she didnt believe that a cartridge I need was available... come on get it right and set the appointment by tomorrow or get this thing out of my garage and Ill go elsewhere and drop 8K on a pool....very dissatisfied....

First of all this review does not speak to the quality of products sold at Family Leisure. This review is about the sales and installation teams for pools and their horrible methods and communication. We went in to purchase a pool this year at the end of June and were told that there is a waiting list for installation since they are so busy. Thats to be expected since it is summer, however we are told by the sales member that since we are buying the pool today, that will put our name on the installation waiting list and save our place in line (at this point we are told worst case it would be the end of July to first of August before installed). The sales guy tells us that the pool should arrive in their warehouse either before or immediately after the 4th of July. It would then be delivered to our house within a few days of that. That didnt happen. We did not have the pool delivered until the middle of July. Why was there a delay? Nobody knew or could tell us why. Oh and the sales guy also lied when he said your name goes on the install list when you buy the pool. Apparently it is when you have possession of the pool. We had tried for the last week and a half to get someone on the phone to tell us when we are going to have our pool installed. Apparently the sales staff is always off work the day you call or is unavailable, and you can forget about getting a call back. Never got a call back once any of the times a message was left. Finally got someone today and was told that it is going to be near the end of August before they can install a pool that was bought in June! Absolutely horrible communication and extremely shady and or totally uninformed sales people. They obviously dont care about what happens once they have your money seeing as how you cant get anyone on the phone when you need to. I would never recommend buying from them because you cant trust what you are being told by the sales teams. Once again, I cant comment on the quality of the products seeing as how I still dont have my pool installed yet.
