Sales team was great. Once I paid that was the begining of my nightmare. MyJackson sofa was unraveling at the seams. With Many attempts and a cancellation on repair , I finally was able to get a hold of Jeremy, GM . Sent him pictures at his request and he he would get back with me. Wrong. I had to get ahold of him and he was rude, unprofessional and did an extremely poor job. I can say honestly I have never been treated so bad. He transferred me to customer service and Stephanie was professional and very respectful. She is working on it to resolve the issues with our sofa. I wonder what the owners think about a customer that was requesting a more expensive leather couch and was going to purchase a dinning set as well instead of asking for a full refund and taking our business some where else.sincerely a very UNhappy customer

My mother and I loved working with rick and love my moms new living room furniture! It was delivered promptly and the men who brought it and assembled it were so sweet! My mom is 65, so shes not 100% able to lift or anything, and they were a huge help to her! Im definently buying from them and rick again very soon!
