I am a single employee from Columbus,Indiana who lost my house in a fire accident in the last week of June 2016. I have purchased furniture from Seymour location on July 4th,2016. While purchasing i have clearly mentioned to the store associate that 30 mins prior to the delivery of the furniture the delivery person has to call me. The furniture has arrived on July 9th,2016 and delivery personnel called me 30 mins and i figured out that a wrong set has been delivered. I called the store and they said that their mistake in delivering a wrong one. On the second attempt, the same delivery persons came with a right set but it was damaged with knife cuts and white spots all over the sofa. They said they are going to reschedule it. I went to store and they offered me 20% on the love seat and sofa prices. They said they are going to fix the problem. Third attempt, i was called by delivery personnel prior to their arrival to my address and i came from office within 5 mins. Again they brought the same furniture which had white spots all over the sofa and love-seat. When i called to the store, i mentioned that if they cannot deliver the right furniture i can simply ask you a refund. The manager took the phone and spoke with me if you are not interested i can give your refund and take the delivered furniture from you and we both can was the hands. [Is this the way a manager talks to customers??? I dont know who has hired this person. The management should initialize a program that teaches their employees how to interact with customers. ] If you are not interested in refund give us one more chance and i will ask them to inspect it before starting from their warehouse (Louisville, Kentucky). The 4th attempt of furniture was fixed to 8/1/2016. I received a call from Seymour store at 10.34 AM (8/1/2016), a lady from the front desk called to my mobile number and said your furniture delivery window is between 10.30 AM and 2.30 PM. I requested her as usual that please ask the delivery personnel to call to my mobile number 30 mins prior to their arrival so that i will be heading home in 5 mins and receive the furniture. She agree to that and will inform the delivery personnel. I got one more call at 12.30 PM in the afternoon from the store associate who sold furniture to me. He said they must have delivered the furniture. I said i havent received any call from the delivery personnel. He said he is going to call them and inform me about the status of delivery. I havent received any update from him. I called again at 2.15 PM to Seymour store and this time i spoke with the manager and said he is going to talk to delivery personnel and give me an update. I waited till 5 and i havent received any call from them. At 5.10 PM i reached home and there was a tag on my main door "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" at 1.45 PM. When i called the store they said they will reschedule it again and spoke with the associate who sold furniture to me and he said that he has no control on the delivery ware house and also mentioned that delivery personnel might call or not call to the customers prior to their location. Its been almost a month till now and i have to call them everyday when will my furniture will be delivered. I paid the full amount in credit card. One of the worst furniture store and rude employees. Please STAY AWAY. Very bad experience is guaranteed if you purchase from this store.

The absolute worst delivery customer service Ive ever experienced or heard of. If I could give their delivery service a negative star rating I would! DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING! If you have any possible way of picking up yourself and taking to your destination I strongly suggest that you do that instead of giving them undeserved money. We were supposed receive a phone call Friday morning at 9:30 with a 4 hour drop of window. They did not call until 12:30 and at this point no one was home. They called after they had been waiting at our house for 8 minutes and told us we had 7 minutes to get home before they would leave. They hung up on us while we were talking on the phone and then NEVER answered our calls after calling them back. We had a friend who lives 5 minutes away drive straight to our house and they had already left. THEN ONLY AFTER threatening to refuse the couches and get our money back did they offer to bring it the next day. THEN after it was delivered it was the only couches in the truck that did not have blankets wrapped around them to keep them from getting dirty. There was a grease stain on the right back corner of the couch due to not being covered. We watched them take the couches out of the truck and ours were the ONLY couches that did not have protective blankets strapped around them. Which Im sure is because they sat in the truck all night form not being delivered the day before. The delivery crews name is: Anthony Newsome. The salesman from Furniture liquidators REFUSED to give us the delivery businesses contact information, the excuse being that he could lose his job. Thats very interesting because he said the $70 delivery fee doesnt go to his work it goes directly to the delivery business. If thats the case that means IM THEIR CUSTOMER! You cant refuse to give me their contact info if I just paid them $70!!! Seriously horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. You have been warned!!!!

Epic Fail. Was at the Furniture Liquidators store in Seymour Indiana most of the day yesterday getting pricing and quotes. Went back today with the expectation to spend a ton of money. Wait, no, the prices they wrote down for me yesterday will not be honored and they want to charge more for delivery and they high pressure me to buy fabric insurance. I left but he told my wife he would call the president to see if they could honor the quote I got in writing yesterday and see if they could wave the delivery fee all together but still charge a set up fee. 8 1/2 hours later he has another employee call and try to make a deal on the portion of the large order he didnt give us a written quote on. Did I tell you he said he would call back by 11:30 am and he didnt have the other guy call until 30 minutes before they closed at 8 pm and he was high pressuring my wife to buy something. Buyer beware. Reminded me of a car dealership. I guess my money will just be spent in a different county. I was really looking forward to sleeping on that Tempurpedic bed too. :(

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! If you go there you will regret it! Worst experience I have ever had with any store in my life. Bought furniture back in January that was on back order and they agreed to deliver on February 20 . It took them more than 15 days to deliver on what they agreed!! ..It got delayed and I got received on end of March 1st week, they doesnt inform me about the delay in delivery . I had been calling them and they were lying on me about the delay. Customer service was pretty bad, they don’t know how to deal with the customers, they are irresponsible. Before I got the furniture ( mine was pre order) I went there to buy some other stuff to my home, all the prices on the furniture that I bought were down and I asked them to do the price match , they haven’t agreed for that .The way they replied it to me was so bad . Delivery of purchases not as promised . Doesnt really care about our schedule - only their schedule time. Please STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
