Unbelievable dishonesty!! The Salesman Michael Show at the Middletown store was terrible at his job. My wife and I picked out our bedroom set By Ashley Furniture (medium to light gray wood grain look) brought the salesman over and told him this is what we want with 1 extra chest and night stand, he told us no problem I will write it up. I asked how long before we can get the set, he says, 3 to 4 weeks, they are out of stock at the manufacturing facility of this specific wood. We agreed we could wait, 4 weeks later it arrived, the delivery truck came and what do you know, the guy either switched the sku on purpose on the paper work because the set couldnt be built or he just doesnt know what hes doing. Going there tomorrow to find out what we can do about the issue, $1,733 and 4 weeks worth of very upset customers. My wife and I just cant believe the mess this guy has created and the delays that have and will occur. Never ever buy from this store, you may have a huge problem on your hands just like us. If they resolve the issue, I might change this review, as of right now its just a terrible situation!

Great furniture and great prices, but the service is very problematic. Ordered a bedroom set minus the drawers/mirror. It arrived, the movers were very fast and didnt say much. They ended up breaking one of the bed supports accidentally but they left so quickly that I didnt even have time to notice until about 15 minutes later. I had to play customer service tag over the phone for a while. Ended up driving down to the store to pick up the missing piece. They said over the phone that it would be at the front desk, but when I got there, they meant front desk at the warehouse location, which is easily over an hour away. Since they already closed, I wont be able to get it until tomorrow. Ill be sleeping on the couch tonight, not very happy about that, especially considering how much everything cost in total.

Ive had such a poor customer service experience, Im writing before Ive even received the recliner! The short version: My recliner was not delivered yesterday, as I had arranged, and I ended up sitting around waiting until I called the store at 2pm. When I called the store, I got a lot of apologies but nobody once offered me a different option then there normal ones. The store manager, Ken, did not even talk to me personally, but let me express my dissatisfaction to Reva, the saleslady and he was standing there listening to the call! I was charged a $69.00 delivery fee and it wasnt delivered on time. And instead of going out of their way to offer a solution, the store just offered to deliver the recliner next week! Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.

I work in customer service... by far one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. Came into the store to by some furniture, picked out what I wanted. Sales rep was supposed to call me once we had a price/financing etc.. sales rep never called me back. Called back a few days later, tried to purchase the items over the phone (on a Thursday) to set up for a delivery date on Monday and was informed they dont take credit card payments over the phone and they wont hold anything in the store for you.

First they brought the wrong couch. Then it took another week to get the right one. I paid 149.00 for the scotch guard protection and warranty for 5 years my daughter got something on the couch so I called them and all they did was send me some cleaner. The warranty is garbage and dont buy it or anything at furniture liquidators. The manager ken is a joke and hes the one that sold us the couch. All they give you is a run around when it comes to customer service. This place is terrible.

Furniture delivered torn (leather) delivery guy offered to color it with a marker. Returned and other piece broken when unwrapped. Told new pieces would be delivered together. Second piece never called in for replacement. Salesman (K. Foree) had the audacity to tell me, "we make 125 deliveries a day, you have to be patient." Clerk says, "we"re doing you a favor" when replacing what was ordered and paid for. Horrible experience. Wont shop there again!

Worst customer service ever. As soon as the salesman realized that I didnt want $2,000 couch he became extremely rude with me and my father. Once the couch was delivered the movers were really rude to my boyfriend and threw the couch around. They also ripped up the doorway to the living room getting the couch in. I will never buy from this company again.

DONT BUY FROM HERE !! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND WARRANTY I purchased a very expensive restonic Mattress 3 years ago and it now has 2 inch dents where we sleep and they wont cover it. The inspector came to check it out and he said it is definitely defective. Sent me a denial letter today.
