Winner Furniture sales used mattresses with their bedroom sets and passes them off as new. I ordered my child a bedroom set from them; I was advised it would be ready for delivery in one week. No one called me! When I went in the store a week later I was advised the furniture had been sitting in the warehouse for a week. The dresser had huge cuts in the left corner and the incorrect pieces to the bed were ordered. I was then told they would have to order the correct pieces and they would be in around 10 days. They left the huge trundle box and slates leaning up against the closet. The next day I found out while in a different furniture store that Winner had been selling used mattresses. The lady in the store told me what to look for and I raced home to look at my daughters mattresses. Under a new label I found the used mattress label. I went into the store and asked the salesman about the issue. He turned to another guy and said “What are we doing about the mattress issue”. The other salesman advised him we are giving them a different mattress. Then I was advised that the furniture that was to replace the messed up dresser and missing piece to the bed would not be in for at least a month. The problem is I was never told I was purchasing a used mattress; I was under the impression this whole time it was new. Never once was this information told to me by the store! DO NOT shop at Winners Furniture!

UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY PRESSED FOR MONEY SPEND THE EXTRA AND DO IT RIGHT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! My Dad bought a memory foam mattress from Winners that my husband and I were so impressed with the quality and deal we decided to purchase one as well the next day. Today our mattress was delivered only to find out that when it was all said and done and my husband sat down to enjoy it he rolled off the edge due to the fact it did not have the appropriate boy spring, being the understanding people we are we just notified them of the error and expected the problem to be corrected. Round one, we were told that someone would contact us back after that didnt happen my husband gave a reminder call just to be told that is was my dad in fact that got the "wrong" box spring, mind you the one we have clearly says on the tag made for pillow top mattress and that we could pay 60 more dollars to get the correct one! No way!

Bought a king size bed room set. Everything was fine until my furniture arrived at my home only to be told by the mover that the headboard was badly scratched. I was told I would recieve a new one in two days. Two days turned into two weeks. When I started calling about my headboard nobody knew anything and kept giving me the runaround, no one would return my phone call, it was like they didnt want to replace it. I was beyond upset that I wanted to return it but they dont do refunds. Really!!!!!! It was such a hassle trying to get my replacement. I even called the Preston highway location hoping to get help from their manager in regards to the situation and he said quote "I cant help you, sorry" and hung up. I guess my hard own money doesnt matter after the sale goes through! I will not be returning back!

I purchased a set of bunk beds for my kids November 2015, they had the lowest prices in Louisville that I could find, and believe me I looked, they delivered several days later put the beds together they were brand new in plastic, not sure where anyone is getting that they were given used mattresses everything was brand new. They offered me the set I looked at on the showroom floor so I could get it faster but they actually brought me a new one. Im getting ready to make my last payment in the next few days because they have the 90 day same as cash or financing, I took 90 days to pay mine off, but sales staff went out of their way to accommodate me and arrange delivery at my convenience. I couldnt be happier and I will definitely be back for another purchase. Very happy

Winner Furniture service is HORRIBLE!! I bought a couch from this store on Wednesday paid the extra $50 for delivery to have it delivered on Friday. (ONLY GOOD PART ABOUT THE SERVICE) First thing Friday morning I received a call that my order came in but was broken so that it had to be replaced and was told that I would have it either Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday has came and went and I am still waiting for my furniture. What makes it so bad that I gave my furniture away on Tuesday b/c I was guaranteed my furniture Wednesday. I believe that I should have been first priority being that my furniture should have been delivered 5 days ago... I will never do business with these people again!

My advice is to never buy from them, especially if you make payments. I purchased twice from them and financed the second purchase. I paid on time for 11 months, never a day late. I changed my bank account and the auto pay fell off. It was my fault, the payment didnt come out. I paid it 12 days late and paid the late fee. 2 days later I got a letter from an attorney threatening me with legal action!! Lol 12 days..I could understand it if I had ever missed a payment or had ever been late, it was uncalled for. Better options, pass on them.

I had the same experience with being sold a used mattress at Preston location and it was told to me it was new and is wasnt just no coils the thing looked old as heck! It was replaced with another used one that got damaged in a week. I called to have it replaced and was given the run around then told Id have to pay to have a another one delivered, cause that wasnt part of the warranty! I have to lug in an old dang mattress just to pick up what Im sure is another used mattress..its bull!!!!

Was looking for the most bang for the buck and was referred to Winner by a waitress at Frischs. Jeremy was awesome and the installers were knowledgeable/efficient. When we adjusted our order, they made a second delivery without charging extra. Then asked to have a drawer replaced which was shipped to our home from Ashley for free. While it is sometimes hard to get a hold of them on the phone, Jeremy gave us his cell!! We love our bed and dresser and will definitely be going back to Winner.

I love this store. I came in to buy a dresser and I end up buying a Living room, Dining room, coffee and side tables and of course a lovely dresser. Woody (WIlliam) is great, he had a lot of patience and gave me an awesome deal. The delivery service is FENOMENAL they delivered next day (I live very close to the store). Patrick and DAngelo were super courteous true gentlemens. I recommend this store to everyone and I will buy more things in the future! Thanks for everything.
