I had a good experience the couple of times I brought my little dog there,,Cristin one of the groomers was very careful and she did a beautiful job, but unfortunately the thirth time that i called to make an appointment I had the bad news that Cristin was not longer there, even so and due to that my little dog needs a grooming service I decided to have anyone else, whoever answer the phone put me in hold while she was going to check for a groomer and day available, I was in hold for about 10 min. when I was about to hang up, the phone rang back to them a girl answer the phone and asked me how she can help me, I told her that somebody put me in hold and that I have been waiting for 10 min. for my surprise she told me that she has to put me in hold again of course I realized that something was going on, so I told her that I would call in another time, but Im not thinking to do it and better look for another grooming salon. what a shame.

Took my dog to stay for 4 nights there he got super sick...because they gave him the wrong food...tried to get him into banfield there they couldnt see him.... so get my dog sick and I cant get him help.... brought him to another vet cost $200... all because they didnt give him the food I provided him with.....also the site and the store says grooming is open till 9pm every night this is also false.brought him there on a monday night at 7:30 it was closed took a picture of the Door that says 9pm everyday .. you tell the employees maybe they should tell management so you dont have people brining their pets across town for nothing.... my dog is very anxious and gets car sick.... nice store but everything else is a waste.....beware

Today on 8/24/17 around 9:00 there is a very nice cashier that was trying to be helpful, she did not know the answer to my question so she called her manager to get some help. After several attempts to call the manager she walked to bring him to the register and instead of helping her answer my question he dismissed both of us telling the cashier she should know everything about the products and walked away. If you want to keep your employees they should be trained. If an employee asks a questions to a manager, the manager should help the employee by providing information so the employee will know the next time how to help the customer.

This location is well stocked and the staff was really nice. We were there to look at a cat for possible adoption. Theres a company that comes in on weekends with fostered cats and they were really nice too. It didnt end up working out for us as far as getting a cat, but it was still a really nice experience and a recommended location if youre looking for pet supplies or are interested in adoption. Plenty of parking available.

My first experience with an express deshedding was great. My pups shed considerably less. The second time I went there was no difference in shedding at all. When I tried to make a 3rd appointment it took 15 minutes to learn they are very understaffed. From first experience to last... its obvious the service is on a downward trend...

They treat my little dog great. Everyone is pleasant. We travel a lot and use the doggie hotel service too. Everyone is nice, helpful and my dog loves the staff. Like any retail turn over happen so talk and comunicateto staff and find your comfortzone. My pooch loves it and they treat her great.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a retail store. Horrible customer service, clueless associates, and very inconvenient Banfield services. Not a place Id recommend to anyone. Go to Petco.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not go to this PetSmart. The floor associates know nothing, Banfield is VERY inconvenient and associates are difficult to work with. Go to Petco or anywhere else.
