I had a very bad experience on the 3rd of August. I spoke with the manager prior to leaving the store due to its closing soon and explained I needed food for my dogs, she confirmed that I had time, just got back from vacation and had to get cash. It took all of 7 minutes to go to Rite Aid across the way and return. Not only did the store close earlier than the designated time, she refused to let me in, blatantly counted the til at the register and walked to the back of the store, completely ignoring my plea that the food for my animals were on the counter and they had no food at home!!! I felt so humiliated!!! I cant explain the anguish I felt after speaking with the manager and being reassured that I had time to get cash and return, smh!!

This location is extremely friendly and very helpful. The employees are always keeping busy ensuring that the shelf stock is neatly kept and replenished. I had an employee insist that he carry my 16 lb bag of dry cat food to my car for me and upon trying to give him a tip, he said "No thank you, just enjoy your day and give us a review online". He WOWWWED me!!

The manager Barbara is outstanding. The staff Naija Stephanie Daniel Jess Joel they became friends now.They actually carry your stuff to the car for you. If you need to shop for your pets go to this store..helpful friendly animal lovers the groomers awesome. They have a volunteer for animal adoption named Angel everyone is outstanding.

The place is relatively good however the staff does seem a bit over worked.if you need anything for youre pet the employees are usally knowledgeable. Catching them on a sale is youre best bet. Theu have a self washing section for youre dogs which is only a couple of bucks and a groomer for youre pets needs.

I love this store I go there for all my dog needs and fish tank accessories I wouldve given them 5 stars. However I will not because a few of their fish tanks and its members had a really bad case of ick. They need to clear that up asap. Otherwise great place!

Love the selection and the prices!! I have 2 cats, a rabbit, and birds and I am able to get all the things I need in one shopping trip! The employees are also very nice. Ill be back real soon. Store was clean and very organized.

i am 65 years old and I was purchasing my cats a 35 lb bag of cat food. I asked each employee for help and they shood me off ! I nearly broke my back trying to get the bag off the shelf . Horrible customer service ! Very rude

Well stocked, clean, organized, and helpful staff. Love this store. The prices are also somewhat cheaper than Petco. I now come here instead of going to the Petco at Gateway Mall.
