I dont usually write reviews but I feel like I need to now. Been going to this Publix for well over a 2 years and within the last few months things have gotten bad. Entire stacks of molding flatbreads, rude deli staff that ignore you to have side conversations that hold up lines, also unaware of how to make a few items on their sandwich list. Fried chicken breading had HUMAN HAIR sticking out all over it ( I have pictures). I was so shocked I called the store and they said itll be handled. Every time I tell a manager they say that, I come back later and its the same people there doing the same things. I have to go further out to grocery shop now.

The wife and I have been coming to this Publix ever since it opened several years ago. WE have been to all of the other nearby supermarkets but keep coming back to this one. It is not the largest but they carry everything that we need, Their produce is always fresh and the store is always clean. They have great customer service. Once when we got fried chicken from their deli, it was a bit on the dry side from sitting under the warmer lights for a long time. I mentioned it to the store manager and we were immediately given a receipt for another free. They always help with the groceries. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

My grandparents and I shop at this Publix on pretty much a daily basis. However, today my grandfather went up there to grab some wings for his lunch and after he got home and got half way through eating them he realized the chicken bones were BLOODY AND THE CHICKEN COMPLETELY RAW!! He now has food poisoning for the second time due to this store undercooking their chicken both times!! Makes me wonder how many other people theyre poisoning! Absolutely ridiculous!

It never fails that the staff here is always kind. Seems happy to help with any questions. I can always find assistance to find items. I have even had a manager offer to call another store (not publix) to help me find Styrofoam pieces for a craft projects. I was just asking because I thought they might have had some product delivered in Styrofoam packing materials. They always go above and beyond what is required of them.

This location is amazing! I shop here often so some of the associates know me and they are so pleasant! The store is "Publix spotless" and everyone is always willing to help. Smiles? Of course! The associates here are always smiling. Oh and not to mention the product is of great quality and I prefer Publix to any other grocery store! A++ for Publix and this location lives up to the Publix reputation.

Publix offers high quality food and produce with top notch service. The deli offers the best possible selection and the lady preparing fried chicken is the ultimate pro. Online ordering is time saving. The pharmacy provides all of our prescription and over the counter medications. We are pleased to have Publix Dames Point nearby.

This Publix, like all of the ones I have been into, is clean and had a wonderfully helpful staff. Im a bit disappointed by the selection at this location sometimes, as their ethnic offerings are middle-of-the-road. This is my weekly grocery store and Im not changing anytime soon.

Outstanding service in the deli. Dianne at store #1177 is the best!!! I will always look for her. I love the jaguars sub and her great customer service made it even better. I dream about how good that sub tastes, lol. Thank you for having associates like Dianne Perry!

Kudos to the sushi chef at this Publix for making great avocado rolls every morning!!! (Would like to know why the sushi chef at Arlington River cannot or will not do the same.) Store personnel and cashiers are also very friendly.

Super Market at Dames Pointe??? There is a Publix right at Merrill Rd Just after you cross over the Dames Pointe Bridge, However, This is not that store. Not the best locator description.
