I love to buy in Aldi. Great quality and the staff is always so nice and willing to help. However, yesterday I went to the store to do my groceries shopping for the week and more. I like to buy wine there but went I picked up one of the bottles, it cut my finger and fell on the floor. The bottle had some damage and it broke in my hand. I started bleeding and blood was dropping on the floor. One of the employees came to the area to asses the area that needed cleaning. Not once he asked me if I was ok. He cleaned my blood and he didnt even bother to ask if I was ok or needed something. Im a health professional so for me making sure people are ok is my routine but Im sure it applies to everywhere that give services to people, including Aldi. I was just very dissapointed. My finger is ok, in case anyone wanted to know. Aldi, Steelyard Commons.

The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful at least the ones who assisted me. The checkout lines always move quickly no long waits. I would reccomend going to this store.

The best prices of all grocery stores in the area. Its usually pretty scantily staffed, but thats how they keep their prices down. Its a tradeoff Ill take any day. Still, they keep the store clean and pleasant overall.

Very slow n dirty. Two registers open, very long lines and 4 workers laughing n bsin in the front of the store. Never go back again. Come to think of it there is NO good service in the steelyard anyway.

This is the nicest Aldi Ive ever been to, it looks like ita from a catalogue. The selection cant be beat; you can find lots of things here that you wouldnt find at other locations
