Like all GEs, the place is absurdly expensive so theyll never get better than 3 stars from me due to that. GE starts at the bottom and gets their stars from what they do to offset this. Place is clean and a pleasure to shop at, employees are courteous and helpful. But the selection is unpredictable from one GE to another and here it sucks. The cheese selection is pathetic compared to others - simply an end cap sized area with a handful of choices (Im talking about the fine/imported/Italian cheeses). This is compounded by the fact that the vegetarian options are **also among the worst of all GEs** (Tofurkey products, almond milks, tofu etc). You cant be bad at both!! Its not too much to ask that a couple types of Tofurkey sausages and/or roasts along with more than one brand of tofu be kept in stock, and this location dies not. There are vegetarians as well as carnivores in my family and if I cant shop for my whole family at one store theres no point in me going to that store. Add some quality meat alternatives and have a real cheese section and youll get your usual 3 star rating for having a nice store to shop at in a convenient location with a wide selection.

I love this grocery store, its always clean and organized. One time they reorganized the whole store and to help out the regulars handed out maps, I thought it was funny/cute/brilliant idea! It also brought people out of their head and talking to others looking for things, who knew other people forget their grocery lists too! The cashiers are all nice and very pleasant to be around. Ive visited the North Royalton giant eagle and couldnt find anything, when I asked no one would help or theyd send me on wild goose chases. Ill stick to this giant eagle! Though we will all miss Tom!

The cashiers really need to work on customer service. There is an older man that has an awful attitude, never smiles, never greets you and just throws your items in the bag. Definitely need to change that and make the atmosphere more welcoming.

Complete grocery store offering everything. Great fuel perks program, but make sure you pay attention to how many cents per gallon you have off, otherwise you can lose your discounts (usually expire at the end of a month).

This is another place that I think is cursed. That being said they got a great bakery and superb delim I know that giant eagle does a lot of good for the surronding community too. Keep up the good works Giant Eagle.

always long lines, tons of registers.....3 open. I try to avoid this location because of the lines. even if theres not many cars out front the lines are the same and the express lanes wont be open.

Just like any Giant Eagle or other grocery store.... Except that its backwards! It goes to the right. Every other grocery store flows to the left but not this one. Can be very disorienting
