On Saturday 12/29/2012 I telephoned Michaels at the location of W I-240 and asked to speak to the framing department. I was looking to purchase a sheet of gray suede mat board. The nice lady said they had a piece that they would sell me for $25.00. On Sunday the 30th I made a long drive over there and went to the framing department to be told by some sour female employee that it is now $75.00 and that it will have to be ordered. I told her she was mistaken, and she wasnt about to loose this dispute. What a great employee Michaels has saving them a few dollars. Do you honestly think I will ever return to purchase anything from this store ever again?

I just made a purchase at this store and the young man who checked my purchase out was very nice and helpful. Before taking my money he confirmed my email address and asked if I had Internet on my cell phone. He walked me through pulling up the store coupon and saved me 40% on my purchase. He could have just taken my money but instead he went out of his way. Thank you!

If you are looking for a place to shop for all of your craft or hobby need, this is the place. It is arranged very good to help you find what you need. Friendly service and very willing to help out. If you havent been lately you need to go. It is like a whole new store.

I personally prefer Hobby Lobby but I went ahead and gave them five Stars because the store is clean the staff are friendly and helpful. My complaint is the prices way higher than Hobby Lobby. However they do have great sales sometimes

Breakfast always comes with seasonal fresh fruit. Rolls and hamburger buns are home made. Had the catfish. A generous serving, delicately breaded on a pile of fries and okra with a side salad and a home made roll.
