Awesome Experience! I had been waiting for a long while to go through a Riders Certification Program and heard that San Jacinto HD had a good program. I was going to need it because I had very little motorcycle experience. The Riding Academy at San Jacinto HD was a blast! I was the least experienced and least skilled rider in the class but Coach Bill took his time explaining and demonstrating everything. Coach Bill was able to take a total "n00b" like me and teach me riding principles that gave a solid foundation to be a safe, responsible rider. After passing the course; which was one of the coolest feelings ever; I was ready to continue my riding and continue practicing what I learned. Toby, my sales associate, along with the entire sales staff was so helpful explaining what they could put together for me and got me a good value for my trade in as well. I was absolutely blown away by the service and I can honestly say that this was the best sales experience Ive ever had in any area of sales. Toby and the sales staff hit it out of the park and managed to literally get me on a dream bike. Theyre not kidding when they say they want to get you in the bike of your dreams! The guys at San Jacinto HD: Toby, Rocky, Chelsea, Sales Director Jason Ball, Sales Manager Jeff Williams and theyre entire staff is honestly in a league of their own. Im glad I went here, from the time I walked in to sign up for the riding academy to the time I signed for my bike it was a great experience. I dont have to shop anywhere else! Thank You San Jacinto HD I found my new home!

“I met Matt at the service seminar that was held in March. He, along with Albert Cruz and Q Nguyen, convinced me to allow them to perform my 10K service because of the way they made me feel like my past issues with service would no longer be a problem. I have always performed my own service, but since this 09 FXDB was the first time I have purchased an extended warranty, I felt it was a good idea to have the 10K documented and performed by HD. I also had a front tire that needed replacing so I also had that done. Most importantly, I have been wanting to get my bike back on the Dyno to see if I could eliminate some decel popping. After speaking with Matt at lenght during the seminar, I could tell he was very competent and capable with regards to the nuances of Dyno tuning. He took the time to walk me through exactly what he would do and assured me that he would handle the entire process himself- from 10K service, tire change, all the wya through to the Dyno. I had an excellent experience with both he and Albert and was also able to use the dicount coupon I received at the seminar, making my one day service visit very reasonable. Thanks to all. I called this dealership to verify whether or not they had a part I needed for my motorcycle. They said they had the part and I told them okay I was on my way Ill be coming from across town. I drove 45 minutes to this dealership walked up to the parts counter and told them I was here to pick up the part thats when they told me they were sorry they didnt have my phone number to call me back because they didnt have the part. Needless to say I am furious which is why Im taking the trouble in the time out of my day to do this and give them a bad review. This is pretty much par for the course for every single Harley dealership parts department that Ive ever dealt with. Why on earth would I have harley-davidson order me an overpriced part when I can go get it for half the price off the internet? F you Harley Davidson, I am done with Harley. From here on out Im a victory man.

Listen, these guys just rock. I bought a 2017 Road Glide first of this year, and have been treated like royalty every since. Ive already put almost 10,000 miles on the bike, had two service visits, and headed in for my 10,000 service soon, so I speak with experience. Oh, and I had to use their roadside assistance which was just too cool. They came and picked up the bike at my house, fixed my bent rim and flat tire, washed the bike, and brought it back to my doorstep. I feel they have integrity and really do care about the customer experience. Every department is the same way. Parts (Albert) Service (Joel) Merchandise (Celina). As long as Harley keeps putting out great bikes, Ill keep buying them from a great dealer! I think when I retire, instead of Wal-Mart, Ill become a door greeter at SJHD! LOL Chevy

I think this place is way to big for their britches. They are in no hurry, not concerned with being helpful nor are they even slightly worried about being prompt. They obviously how more than enough clients coming in without their work ethics factoring as this dealer exudes "I could care less / Ill get to u when I get to u." I will say the overpriced work they did after a few weeks was done right so at least I didnt have to put the bike back in the shop again. Even though they said they would they never called me, I always had to call and check them. Also my gf went in to get a motorcycle cover for Christmas for me and was looking for someone to help her and never got it. She told me she ended up just walking out. These are my only two experiences with them. Not a supporter

At the age of 39, I finally bought my first Harley, a 2013 Iron 883. My sales person, Toby, was there helping every step of the way, answering my questions and walking me through the process. He was great to talk to, and never fails to greet me and my wife by name when we walk in. I definitely recommend this dealership, and Toby. I have also had my bike serviced here, and the service department is very knowledgeable and helpful. I realize a lot of people dont like taking their bikes to the dealership for service or to have them worked on, but I am not mechanically inclined, and I feel very comfortable having them work on my bike. This was my first Harley, but definitely not the last, and I certainly hope Toby is there when I purchase my next bike.

Fantastic dealership, great salespeople, Tanner and Nate are awesome! Got a beautiful bike at a fair price and wonderful customer experience. Glad to be back in the Harley family! My purchase of my 2017 road king with the hard candy hot rod red flake paint was flawless and easy. Tanner and Nate made the deal easy and painless and gave me a great deal on a beautiful bike. This is my second purchase from San jac and my salesperson last time was Toby, same wonderful experience, several years prior. These guys stayed late, way past closing and then even brought the bike to my home the next day since I was working. Best experiences, best salespeople Ive ever had making any purchase, anywhere. Overall wonderful experience!!

Took motorcycle in for INSURANCE work and went back 7 days later for update on repairs. They didnt even start getting parts for repair work. I asked why and he said I didnt pay for parts yet. Luckily I had the insurance check with me. You would think they would start getting parts ready since it was INSURANCE WORK. It would have been nice for them to say something in the beginning to offer some assistance and say " Hey, do you have insurance check with you ?". Not everybody is savvy about how insurance work goes. Thats 7 days waisted without my motorcycle because that is my only means of transportation. Thanks San Jac Harley for being so helpful.......NOT ! Ive been disappointed with them the last few visits.
