These guys can do what you need, but you will need to be specific with some items if they veer from the standard chrome parts. When I first started using these guys back in 2009, I did not care much for them. Slowly, they are growing on me. This shop does not seem to specialize in performance tuning any of their Harley-Davidson engines, but they do own the only dynamometer in town and they can tune the engine to run better than stock using the Screamin Eagle tuner. Randy is a good salesman, and he is who I purchased my XR1200 from (sight unseen) in 2009. Ron and Sal can take great care of you in parts. Wayne and Richard will handle all of your service requests. Kevin in the back is the person to get for doing dyno runs. I think just about everyone there addresses me by name, and I do not go in there that often!

The salesman was blatantly lying about damage on a used bike – it had clearly fallen on gravel and he tried to tell us that the previous owner had done that with his knee. Unless the guys knee was made of rocks...? Also, when considering trading our truck in for a new Harley, we were offered less than half of the trade-in value for a WRECKED version of our truck. Do we look stupid? We will never buy from this sketchy dealer.

Called on phone refused to work with a price quote until I came in.This was on a brand new bike with multiple upgrades. Not convincing for future business. Were a bit rude actually told me thats not the way they did business and why dont I just buy a different bike instead of upgrading the one I want. Not the first time Ive heard bad things about roughneck Harley in Longview....Think Ill shop elsewhere.

Bought my bike from Bedford store(Adam Smith) , have dealt with the store in Longview. But after being told they would not mount a set of tires on my bike because I didnt purchase their over priced tires.... I bought Michelin Commander 2,s , 324.00 for the set, hey Roughneck match the price Ill buy from you...Not. Im done !!! Will not spend another penny with any of the Adam Smith stores !!!

these guys overall are very good friendly people in the parts and service department. however I get the feeling that they think they are the only show in town when it comes to buying accessories from them. with 1 phone call the guys in Tyler were willing and able to negotiate on the pricing of their stuff....its a shame considering the ammount of money I have spent and will spend on my bike

Left there without a price on a scooter. Said I couldnt get a price unless I didnt shop in Tyler. Lol least Lonestar Harley gave me a price. And didnt worry about my means of buying it.. if you dont let them finance it. You cant have the price. And theres to many prices looks like

This place is a poor excuse worse than a used car lot trying to make a deal and push and then will pocket down payment $ and no after sell service even though they push a plan that to sell to put your service in front of other customers I recomend take your business else where

All of the staff encountered were friendly. Tammy was especially helpful when I was trying on womens boots. She made me feel welcomed compared to the girl at the Harley-Davidson in Tyler who could have cared less that I was there.
