I came in to have him clean a disc for me (final fantasy 7 for ps1) so while he was in the back I asked his employee if he had another copy of the game that I could maybe purchase from him on top of him buffing my disc. He came storming out of the back, gave me my disc and told me that I was wasting his time by asking him the buff the disc if I was just going to buy one. He also told me that he doesnt sell discs individually and his employee didnt know that which I was not asking to do. I was completely thrown on off by his change in attitude because in prior visits he was very friendly to me. I said to him if your employee doesnt even know that you dont sell games individually how am I supposed to know that. He continued to give me attitude and told me that I can just leave. I looked at him and total confusion I said "Im sorry but did I disrespect you in someway because I can assure you it was not on purpose". He then repeated to me to get out of the store. I have absolutely no idea why this exchange went bad but he did all of this in front of other customers so it was extremely embarrassing. I still couldnt understand why this was happening so I said to him "Ive been a good customer and Ive shopped several times I dont understand whats going on" and he said "its not about the money, just get out". Obviously I will not be going back to the store and the whole thing is just extremely odd. ***update*** After having a long conversation with the manager about what went wrong, I believe that he was genuine in his eagerness to fix the situation. I will be changing my review for my one star review to a three star review. It shouldnt have happened to begin with but it says a lot about the company when they admit they are wrong and do what they can to fix it.

By far one of the best video game stores in the state of Florida....I am a video game enthusiast from California and every time I visit Florida I make sure I plan something where I have the opportunity to visit this location. I stayed near the area for 2 weeks and paid a visit about 4 times in the time that i was there and my gosh do they get new inventory on a whole different level.....I dont know how these guys to do it or where they get the stuff from but boy am I glad every time I find something new in there....anywhere from the old school retro video games to the newest console out....if you are a gamer, I highly recommend this place....on another note if you ever need repairs or need extra cash with any video game related stuff, make sure you pay them a visit.

If youre into buying retro games, you probably have already been here. Everything Ive bought here has been about the same as the going market price on places like eBay, so unlike most retro game stores, you arent paying a huge premium. Consoles are all guaranteed to work, sold with all required cables, and a voucher towards a game. Really great experience all around.

This place is the best in gaming new and old bought a ps3 from them used after a couple weeks i had a problem with the console taking thr games in took it back was not even ther for 5 mins and i was walking out with a better system them i brought back these guys really care about there customers.
