Long story short, I tried trading in some games at Gamestop, but their customer service were awful. The guys there act like they dont know jack and nonchalant. And I cant say this about one Gamestop store, but a few others as well. Not to mention their trade in deals are not worth getting cash or in store credit for. Subsequently, I decided to visit Cybertron Video Games and I was so relieved to get a helluva better trade in deal, customer service, and they even repair certain peripherals. I can go on with their outstanding services and cheaper prices compared to many top retail stores. If they dont have a game in stock, just request for it and they will gladly have it on shelf for you to buy. These guys have won me over as a customer period. Forget Gamestop, visit Cybertron!

Cybertron IS the best video gaming store I have ever done business with! They will always offer you a fair deal on the games you sell. I drive about 30-40 minutes to get to their store, but it is well worth the drive! The service is unbeatable and very friendly. I can literally go to the store and just hang out for hours! I have told all of my friends and family about cybertron and they have all done the same. I hope one day they will open a store in Leesburg!

The employees are friendly here but there just arent ANY games here. Ive been here a couple of times and they have almost nothing rare and their shelves have been picked through endlessly so you end up with 10 copies of a super common game on the shelf and cant even find a slightly uncommon game here. My review score has nothing to do with the quality of the store and solely just covers the quality of the stock of the store.

Had an issue with a purchase but the owner and staff were amazing and stepped up and took care of it. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. They made sure to clean and test the consoles and games before I left and would high recommend this shop to every gamer. Very comfortable shopping experience! Would give it 10 stars if I could!

I live all the way in Nobleton FL, and I would rather make the drive out to Cybertron games rather then go anywhere else to buy gaming accessories such as consoles, controllers and video games. Gus is an amazing guy, he has a great staff that is friendly and helpful. I always recommend others to venture out to Mascotte just to stop in.

This game store is the best and only choice for retro games and the best prices on trades (i.e. i.got twice as much as Gamestop offered on my ps3 games)...my first stop for games new or old.

Very bad value they say they are better than gamestop but they are about equal they cheat your money they barely give you real cash and its the same with "store credit"
