I purchased a red 2006 F150 pickup from Pugmire Cartersville this past July of 2016 (this review was certainly overdue for the quality of service we got). The truck we purchased was listed on AutoTrader, and we decided to take a look at the truck. From the moment we walked on the lot, to the moment we drove the truck off the lot we were very pleased with the service, knowledge, and information our salesman exhibited. Our salesman was Michael Schaefer. Michael was very nice, and obviously took pride in providing top notch customer service, from the looking process to the sale process. The best part is that its not just the salesmen in Pugmire that exhibit top notch customer service, it is also their service department. A day or two after purchasing the truck, we ran into some issues with how it was running (these issues were issues the truck was exhibiting before it went on the lot). We gave Pugmire a call, and their service department was very nice working with us on the issues it was having. Pat in the service department told us to bring it in so they can take a look at it. Upon their diagnosis, they immediately did the work to the truck no charge since it was work that was supposedly already done. 3 months later since these issues were fixed, I have not had another problem with the truck. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase decision we made, and very happy to give my money to this particular dealer. It was a no pressure environment, and they were willing to work with us on numbers. They take immense pride in quality service, and made this a very smooth buying experience. Nothing but praise for these guys coming from me, I recommend this dealer to my buddies looking for trucks all the time.

Started out great. Thinking we were getting a great deal from a great company. The first issue came when our temporary tags expired. Turned out that they had not even processed the title from when the 2010 Ford F-150 was traded in. Ended up not getting our permanent tag until almost a month after ours expired. Cost me a nice ticket. All they had to say is we will call and next day it. That happened for three days in a row. I have never dealt with a dealership that used so many excuses to cover their own failings. The second issue is an ongoing one to date. When I left the dealership I told them that I did not want any extra coverages. I always purchase the protection plans via USAA. When my spouse signed the contracts there was a $2,500.00 charge for an additional warranty which I finally discovered. So I contacted the company it was through and we sent them our cancellation notice. According to the dealership it can take 4-6 weeks to fully process the refund. According to the company itself the dealership has had the paperwork for weeks. Still to date no payment has been made against our loan. It does not take 2-3 weeks to cut a check and mail it to a bank that is a mile away. The employee we always dealt with for any issues like this was named Tyler. The only thing this dealership has going for it is our sales representative. Richard was very pleasant to work with and provided comfort for the dealers mistakes. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. You can go to Courtesy Ford in Rome and receive far superior customer service and support. They saved me over $100.00 on my 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance.

My wife and I took our truck here, we could just put New tires on it three months prior. We had the oil changed in the tires rotated, when we picked it up we noticed of strange wobble were vibration in the wheels. We figured it might be just an out of balance tire that was now in the location that we might be noticing more. We took it to the tire shop that we bought the tires from and they sent me a picture of a bent wheel. I took it back to that was now in the location that we might be noticing more. We took it to the tire shop that we bought the tires from and they sent me a picture of a bent wheel. I took it back to Ford, and they just keep saying they cannot confirm or deny it. But wont take responsibility. At this point Id like for them to prove that they havent damaged the wheel. I know they say that theres nothing that they would be doing in the rotating a tire that would damage the wheel, however, they had responsibility for the vehicle and its one of their technicians ran the wheel into something and damage to it, which we all know was possible, that is a risk of doing business. But they certainly dont seem to be in the business of taking responsibility for anything.

I have been looking for a specific car for over a month to find what I wanted. I contacted Greg to find out more information about the car. I live 4 hours away from this location and before making the trip Greg went above and beyond his duties. Greg sent me video as well as details and pictures of ANY flaws the car had. He even went for a test drive in for me to check it out on the road as well. Greg was truly my eyes before looking at the car and was very detailed and honest about the car. Upon arrival I met with Greg and he had the car ready for me to inspect as well as a test drive. The car was on point to every detail I was given. After driving I met with Ron and he was very helpful on any questions I had a about the car. They even arranged for our rental car to be picked up from there so my husband and I could head back home. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. When you make a purchase you want to know you made the right decision and I have no doubt I got the right car for me. I cannot tell you guys how happy I am with my new car. Thank you so much. I am one Happy Ford Girl!!!!

I am not an employee or have any affiliation with Pugmire other than being a satisfied customer. I received solid communication from all of the employees over at the Cartersville shop. Ron S. with internet sales answered my questions on-line and was helpful. Mike S. in sales was great too and helped me with the purchasing process. I was fortunate to meet Austin Pugmire and what a solid businessman and all around good guy. I walked (drove) out of the dealership in my 2014 Ford Explorer and couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. Thanks Pugmire for a great truck at a fair price! D.S. - Historic Roswell

Buying a Ford F-250 Super Duty at Pugmire Ford of Cartersville was a great experience. The pricing is fair, and their service is excellent. I will recommend Pugmire Ford of Cartersville to all of my friends & family!! This is my third ford truck and fifth ford vehicle. The first two trucks (F-150s) were great, comfortable and reliable. Moved up to the F-250 for the larger towing capacity. Michael was very efficient and respectful of my time. We were able to negotiate 90% of the deal via email ahead of time which was exactly how I had hoped to do the deal.
