My son purchase a 2001Ford ranger with in one week water pump went out seizing the motor. One owner did help by offering to install used motor for an additional $1500, we didnt have much Choice since the sold the loan to sterling finance so now its was no longer a boy here pay here which is uaslly very easy to walk away from especially during first week. So we agreed had new motor put using their mechanic, got it home same thing happened within two days brought back they kept it almost a 2eek and a half. All they did was try using a sealant gasket. Well we have had it fixed, it needed new thermostat, waterpump, pump housing, gaskets, fan blade, and fan blade clutch. This is an extremely bad dealership. If their lips are moving they are lieing. They like to get everything in a contract so the can always just sell the debt to 3rd party collection and at least recoup part of the cap they sell

I got a Mercury grand Marquis the car runs great the only thing was that before I got the car I noticed the window would not go up after I put it down. They told me they fixed it then the same day I picked up the car after the fixed it the window went out again and the doors would not lock . They told me to bringing it up their again. In hopes that hey will fix it for good . Every one is nice and helpful they seem to have good cars with low down payments and not long term lone .

Went to get my title and extra key after payin off the car whe i went in i had a front driverside wheelwell when i was leving i noticed it was gone and ask them what happend when they where taking out the kill switch and they said they dont know what i was talking about i was thinking about getting another car with them in the next couple weeks but now i am not this is for the Douglasville location

Im just giving them a 4 because I just got my truck from them like 2 weeks ago. So far the truck is very reliable and nice. My family of 5 love it. Customer service was acceptable and kind, I would definitely recommend them.

Very unprofessional and basically a complete rip off! 1,500 dollars down on a vehicle that ends up breaking down in less than a month! I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYBODY!
