Ive had better service. I was interested in a car for my son (2003 Xterra). Hed been looking at this car for some time. We test drove the car on a Saturday 7/29 and the check engine light came on. I informed Karen in the office about it and she said that she would have their mechanic look at it and call me back on Monday. I was really interested in it. I did not hear from her on Monday morning so I called her that afternoon. She said that they were ordering the parts needed and she would let me know. I drove by the car lot on Thursday night and saw that the car was in the lot again. Its now Friday 8/4 and I never heard from Karen. I called and spoke to her and she said she forgot to call me. Forgot to call me? Wow! I informed her that I found something else and that they had very poor customer service. I really was going to purchase the car. Their loss.

Brought my Son here today to buy a Truck, I bought a Toyota here before, and this is the 1st and only place we came to. They worked out a deal on the Truck he 1st picked out, Even though it took a little time for him to get all of hiis paper work done " his fault" lol. They never gave up on him,and closed the deal and made another happy Young Mans day ! This is the second vehicle bought from Autohouse, but it will not be the last. These Folks are Top Notch in every aspect of Life itself, And they happen to provide a Top Notch service to their customers.. It was a pleasure !!
