After calling the call center to confirm the car we were interested in was still on the lot and to confirm which dealership the car was located, we drove 1.5 hours to see the car in Dry Ridge. Once we got there we asked for Aaron, as we were instructed to do, who immediately told us Kale would be taking care of us. After looking at a car on the lot other than the car we were most interested in, we asked to see the specific car we called about. Kale then told us that car had been sold, the previous day! The lack of professionalism by Aaron the manager to pass us off to an obviously new and inexperienced salesman to tell us they had given us really bad information and to not even attempt to make this bad situation better is beyond unprofessional and bad business. I understand mistakes happen, but I understand even better how to try and correct a bad situation. There was no attempt at sales recovery or to turn a negative situation into a positive or to make this bad situation right. As we got into our car to leave the young salesperson simply said "I am really glad I am not the one who told you the car was still on the lot!" Absolutely one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had!! I am now buying a brand new car from different Chevrolet dealer, a deal they could have had if they would have handled this situation right!!n Not an ounce of salesmanship or professional behavior demonstrated during this experience. From a very disappointed new car buyer.

I had seen Piles Chevrolet on the expressway many times but never thought of going there. I purchased a vehicle from a horrible dealership and thought I was going to be stuck with that payment and vehicle forever. Then a friend at work told me about Piles Chevrolet and I started thinking, maybe I should check them out. The website was easy to navigate and I found a car that was just perfect for me and my budget. I found a 2017 Chevrolet Spark and asked about it. Received an call from Danny Coulson the next day. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Piles Chevrolet. They knew going in what my budget was and I was able to get an even lower down payment the I was previous paying. When I got home I called my son to come out and see the car, I can honestly say he thought this 2017 Chevrolet Spark was awesome. Thank you Danny and the rest of the team at Piles for making this a wonderful experience. I know where to send my friends and family if they ever need a great, reliable, and dependable car with great customer service.

We drove over an hour to look at a previously owned car after being told it was in good condition and no exterior issues. Salesman called right before we were leaving to go to the dealership to say he had missed a big scratch. We drove there anyway and found not one, but many scratches on the car. With the promise from the salesman that they would send the car to the body shop to have the scratches corrected we went ahead and purchased the vehicle. The body shop had the car for a week. When returned to us only the most sever scratches had any work done and that was simply to paint a not well matched color over them with a small brush. All the other scratches were left untouched. We have been very disappointed with this dealer and would not recommend.

We cant be more impressed with the way Mike Hutton and the sales staff went completely out of their way to help and work with us; making the overall experience totally first class... This establishment goes out of their way to make the customer service experience top notch.... We wouldnt dream of ever going anywhere to look for a vehicle again......Thank you Piles Chevrolet and a very big thank you to Mike Hutton. My wife and I went to look at getting out of a bad car deal we had but sucked into. The sales man tried to show her cars she wasnt interested in and finally found one she like. She told him she wanted to lower her payments but after they ran our credit they informed us the $13899 vehicle was going to cost us $1200 down and $501 a month for 72 months! They told us our credit was 160 points lower than it actually is and when I called to ask how they came up with this number they said they use 2004 credit rating! We understand our credit isnt the greatest but to lie about something that I easily got online, thats just screwed up! Thanks for confirming that Piles is not a professional place to do business!

Bill Sharp recently sold me my Ford F-150 FX4. Bill was the best sales person I have ever dealt with in my many years of buying vehicles. He cared, was super polite, and not once lied, cheated, or pressured me. We will be going to Bill Sharp again (hopefully soon for my wife). I also enjoyed during the negotiation process, the sales manager coming to us, and not Bill going to "a man behind the curtain." Kevin in the service department has also been great getting the things taken care of that I wanted done. Thanks again.

Normal One

This dealer uses false advertising on there web page I e mailed the dealer first for more info on a suv listed on there web site. The saleman took a 2 min. video of the one i wanted saying the price very clear. I told him i had a question and have him call me back. Then when he called me back the price went up $ 7000 blamed the error on a 3 party person. They hired that person/company. It is just wrong ! Dont go here!

Excellent experience and well worth the drive from the suburbs of Cincy. Professional staff, not over bearing at all. Very honest and worked out a great deal with my wife and I on a used Traverse!!! Excellent selection as well. Danny was the sales associate that helped us and I couldnt thank him more. He was even corresponding with us via text on his day off! Great group of people!
