My salesman was Demetree. He was a wonderful salesman , and will definitely get you into a vehicle, even if he has to scam you into one . But nonetheless , youll be driving out of the dealership. On the other hand, I bought my car 3/03/17. They gave me a temporary tag and told me to wait atleast 30 days to go get my regular tag . I waited 45 . 04/17/2017 was when it expired ...thats the day I went to get my tag ...would you believe , I had been paying $316 a month in car notes for a car that still was not registered to me? I got an extension tag from the tag office . (Doesnt expire until 5/16/2017) I got into a car wreck 05/08/2017 and got a citation for driving with a suspended tag...because my name and was still not on the registration...why did my paper work get sent back from county ??? Questions I still to this day (5/11/2017) have no answers too! My car was totaled out , but on Kelly Blue Book , my car is only worth $9,000 . WHY DO I OWE US AUTO SALES $12,000????? THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND RIP OFFS, & I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM OR EVER GO BACK!!! I will be starting a lawsuit soon if I dont get my answers !!

Got a car from here on a Saturday night went to start it on Sunday car wouldnt start called salesman Mike Cash right away, left message on his vm advised him that the car would not I want to return the car. Well they were closed on Sunday so we took the car on Monday. I advised them that I didnt want the car. just give me back my $700.00 dollars they stated NO that they do not have a return policy. I advised them for the state of GA you gave 3 day they stated no you dont I asked them for all information so I can give to my Lawyer to get this matter corrected.. The sales Manager Matt Snyder stated that is what your gong to have to do.... PLEASE DONT GO HERE! All car dealers that I have called and or visited will allow a customer to change their minds when nothing is wrong let alone when there is something wrong! I will post this all over my Twitter account and both of my face book pages ...different location same company

I viewed a car on the lot after business hours, the next day I called to get the purchase price so I could drop my husband off during my lunch break so he could purchase the car before going in for his shift. We were on a time limit and I didnt have time to "shop around". I called for the price and kept getting dumped into a hold that would eventually hang up, when I finally got someone they asked if I was paying cash or getting financed, I said cash and asked if the price was different because of it, the gentleman said that it would be different since I was paying cash then he told me that he couldnt tell me the price over the phone. I insisted that I didnt have time, it was a sure sale if he just told me the price to write the check for and he said no, I had to come in. I told him he just lost the sale and I hung up. Oh well, I will be dropping $15k cash elsewhere.

Buyers Beware....This is the worst company in the world to buy a car from, unless you have an extra 10, 000 in the bank to put on the purchase price. I have a 2009 impala and I have already paid 18,000 on the car and still have 10,000 to go. A lot of people write reviews but the dont go into detail about their experience. I still have a year and a half left to pay it off. They rip you off with the price of the CAR and the financing and the intrest. On top of all of that you have a device on the car that will shut the car down if you dont pay on time. Everytime you make a pymt you have to enter your code in and thats only last for 14 days. Can you say feeling embarrased>>> In a nut shell dont buy with US Auto Sales. All they want is your money and for you to sign on the dotted line. Dont do it!!!

They helped me get a car when I was desperate, had very little money, and credit was lacking. However, the car was stupidly overpriced and the interest rate was insane. The car broke down 4 months after I bought it. It took them a week to fix it and when I finally got it back the door handle was broken. When I showed it to them, they joked "do you really need that?" Forget getting anyone to help you over the phone. Hope you like phone tag and automated systems. Fortunately I was able to get a new car and give them their pos back. Unfortunately, thanks to them Ill get a voluntary repo on my credit.

Horribly over priced and they seem to love screwing you on the financing. They will do all they can to get you in the car but once your in they treat you like your garbage. There is no customer service skills here. I was treated like a criminal when I was having financial difficulties and could not make a payment i then called to pay it off two weeks later and found out I only owed them 1000 dollars! They treated me like crap after I had already paid it down 20 thousand!! Save your money and buy something outright instead of going here.

The vehicle prices are way above both blue book and black book values and the process are non-negotiable. If you have credit issues I strongly recommend Autosmith, JD byrider, or National Auto sales. Not only are the prices thousands above book value and non-negotiable, but these vehicles are not reliable. Issues Ive come across is transmission problems, valves, radiator, and broken brake parts. If you want a QUALITY vehicle at a REASONABLE price then USAUTO SALES is NOT the place to shop for your next vehicle.

I was worried about getting a car and I didnt know what was going to happen then I met Yolanda and she was a god send a beautiful woman who understood took me by the hand and helped me she gave me my dream car she was nice, understanding and she listened to what I wanted and I thank her for that and us auto sales for hiring her to me she is every thing she is the only car sales person I will deal with because of her I will recommend others to this dealership thanks tracy kent

Horrible customer service from salesman Demetre!!! He would never tell my wife the Web site to the dealership, he said there is no Web site, and he gave her the address to a brake shop!! I then went to the address he sent my wife, and I called him to confirm, he was very rude and unprofessional he is in the wrong business we got into a shouting match and I had to curse his ASS! Out for leading us on. Dont not deal with him or this dealership in lithia springs

Customer service isnt to helpful when you find yourself in a bind. I was on time for more than a year. And when I needed that one time payment arrangement. They gave me a hassle I had to fax in all kind of paperwork showing them that I was in a really distressed time and they didnt make it easy for me. My wife currently need a car now I am eligible to get another one because of my payment history. But I will never by from them again.
