I purchased a new vehicle on 05-26-16 and I just figured out how to write a review now that I am using a desktop computer and not a mobile device. My transmission started slipping in my 2002 Buick Rendezvous. I needed transportation. I have always heard great success stories from people that went to Joseph Chevrolet to purchase vehicles. I was in need of an affordable and reliable vehicle to get back and forth to work. My mom drove me to Joseph Chevrolet. I had to see if their reputation held true; to my surprise it did and then some. After a few test drives, I was approved for my very first brand new car a 2016 Chevy Spark. I had the most amazing, personable and professional salesman that I have ever experienced. He was patient, attentive, kind, and understanding. His name is Ben Stump. Ben was such a chivalrous gentleman. Not only did Ben perform his role and a great salesman, but he took extra time to deal with the personal and medical needs of my mom. That what I call outstanding customer service! Ben Stump, You Rock! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart! #Muah

After paying my car off on a Friday they told me my title would be here no later than next Friday. It is now Tuesday and still no title I wouldnt be that upset if I wasnt trying to sell my car (witch I paid 7 grand for and it only ran about a year) anyways as I call every person gives me the run around on how its not their department to deal with when I was transfered to multiple people who were suppose to be dealing with it. Then I finally get someone who knows what they are talking about tries to say this Mike guy was not their at the moment witch Is the second day they told me this so I got very rude and said no Ill wait until you can find him this is the second time Ive called and they said this. magicly he appears seconds later only to come fund out they still havent sent the title to get the name changed it has now Ben almost a week and a half after I was told I was getting my title and Im very unhappy about it and will never be doing business with this place again I wish I could give 0 stars

First off, the person that was assisting me was Mike Thomas. Let me just get this out of the way and say that Mike is a spectacular salesman and I would recommend anyone to purchase from this dealer specifcally Mike Thomas because I believe that he does a great job, well you know, selling cars! Let me break it down for you in steps in the form of questions. 1. Do you think Joseph Chevrolet is a great place to buy a new car? Answer: Yes 2. Were you very happy with the service that you recieved during the purchase of your new car ? Answer: Yes 3. Did Mike Thomas answer all the questions that you had and go beyond your expectations? Worst experience Ive ever had with a car dealer. They dragged me along for 2 weeks thinking Im going to get a vehicle with a low down payment and low monthly payments then come to find out, come with a much higher down payment much higher monthly. All they do is lure you in and try to trap you into going into their deals. Worst place I would never recommend it. I even spoke with the manager and he justified his sales teams tactics and said that I should just move on.

Thus far, I have not had a bad experience at Joseph Chevrolet and as a matter of fact every interaction with every employee there has been excellent. From sales, to customer service, to repair, everyone has been accommodating and has given fantastic customer service. I went to four other dealers before trying Joseph. Our salesmans name was Ronald Fairbanks, and he was great! He helped me get a better deal on a car than any of the other dealers did. He also stayed in contact with me after the sale to make sure that all of my services (Onstar, wifi, etc...) were working properly. 100% recommend Joseph over Wyler, McClusky, Castrucci, and Sweeney.

Their customer service is excellent. I purchased my SUV at a different location but plan on purchasing my next one from them. They have been very nice whenever I go for routine service. Their body mechanics so is excellent. They found hail damage to my vehicle and got it fixed for me in no time

Bought an f350 with a broken touch screen radio and told it would be replaced by an equivalent aftermarket stereo. After fighting to even get the radio replaced after they said they would my 300 dollar touch screen was replaced by a 50 dollar JVC. They cut corners whenever they can.
