Unlike some people who leave reviews on here who are just mad and want something for free due to them feeling the lack of planning or lack of common sense on there part is some how zimmers problem and think by trying to make a good honest small business look bad kinda of makes me mad for zimmer. If you miss an appointment and expect zimmer to say forgot all the other customers who do what we ask and pay the money they work hard for and put you to the front of the line you should probably go some where else. If you want 5 star work, expereince and people and you use common sense and make an appointments for recalls or oil changes you will never go wrong with zimmer. Every time I have been to zimmer I have had great dealings with everyone. I have bought 4 brand new Dodge/Rams 2 from Jeff Wyler and 2 from zimmer and will tell you the staff by far at zimmer has treated me the best. The reason they earned my business for my last two vehicles over Jeff Wyler is the service department has been awesome. I have a Lawncare business and rely on my trucks heavily.After a horrible experience on service on my first ram at Wyler causing my business to look bad to my customers due to the slow service by people who treat you like a number instead of a person. I started going only to zimmer for everything. Tim whos last name I believe is Hicks has been nothing but kind to me my wife and young son during my many interactions with him for all 4 of my vehicles. He and/or the staff fixing recalls or just changing the oil has always been a great and it has been an on time experience. As for the sales department I just bought a 2016 2500 heavy duty from Troy and had a great experience. As a small business owner I dont have time to mess around as every minute I have is tied up with my business. Talking with Troy was great as he listened to what I asked for and got exactly what I wanted and found the truck I needed for my business he test drove multiple trucks with me and did lifetime cost comparison for diesel vs the 6.4 hemi to make sure I made the best choice for my business. I will be back in 12 more months to buy my next truck replacing my last ford in my business fleet with him due to my expereince with him. For anyone reading these reviews zimmer is great place to take your business dont let people who are unrealistic sway your business some where else with there bad reviews.

Panic and chaos were solved by Zimmer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. I live in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. We were driving back from Florida when our van shut off, losing all engine power. We had just passed the 275 bypass. My mother-in law pulled over to the median between interstate highway 75 north and the Buttermilk parkway on-ramp. The time was 8:30 am. In the van were my mother and father-in-law, my wife, my 18 month old baby, my 10 year old, my 7 year old and myself. PANIC AND CHAOS fell upon us as the cars flew by us like jets. I called my warranty company and informed them what had happened. I also said I needed to be towed to the nearest Chrysler dealership. They told me that would be Zimmer. It was going to take 1 hour for the tow truck to get to us and they could only take two people back to the dealership. I called Zimmer and was greeted kindly. I was put through to JASON BROOKS, a service advisor. He showed much empathy and understood the situation I was in. We loaded up my baby and my mother-in law into the tow truck, when it got to us. The rest of us walked up the on ramp to get out of traffic and went to a near by gas station. Shortly after, JASON had someone from service pick us up at the gas station with a van. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SOMEONE HE HAD NEVER MET. Once at the dealership, we waited in the customer area. This is a very clean dealership. JASON kept me informed the entire time we were there. When he told me our engine had serious problems, he helped me get a rental van. We drove the rest of the way back to Wisconsin. For the next week JASON called me frequently to let me know what was going on. My warranty company was shipping a new engine to them. When I called to see how things were going, I was treated respectfully. When I left messages for JASON, he called back with answers. I would recommend Zimmer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram to anyone. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, service or parts, go to them. They took the weight of the world off my shoulders. Thanks to JASON and all of the Zimmer employees who helped us. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the years. My last 5 vehicles have been Chrysler products. I recently bought a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn. I have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle from the window not working to the fuel pump going out and it doesnt even have 4,000 miles on it yet. Things happen and I understand that, however the customer service in the service department is horrible. You have to go to battle with them everytime to get a loaner vehicle while your brand new truck valued at $46,000 sits in the shop. They are less than helpful and to the point of being rude. When you spend this kind of money and the truck is in the shop all the time you would at least expect to get a loaner vehicle, well not so much according to the service person I dealt with. He stated, "I dont think we can do that." Last time I buy from this place again. If you expect to get taken care of by Zimmer Motors when there is a problem I hope you like disappointment. In response to your answer, no. The service has not even been scheduled yet due to the part not being in, therefore there is no way to know if a loaner vehicle would be available at the time. He just stated flat out no we wont be providing you with a loaner vehicle. Sorry, I didnt not know I should get insurance for a rental vehicle in case my brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn with less than 4,000 miles on it sits in the shop constantly. Would have thought the dealership would have better customer service and give me a loaner vehicle when you purchase a brand new $46,000 truck. Dont worry though lesson learned, dont buy from Zimmer ever again. Got it! Update: Lee Fogel got a hold of me over my issues. To say he took care of the problem would be an understatement. Mr. Fogel is extremely professional, listened to my concerns, and took care of the problem. Very helpful and customer focused. If I owned a business he would be the first person I would hire.
