Carlos???? is a shyster. My granddaughter worked hard and saved her money to purchase a reliable auto and unfortunately made the decision to buy from Carlos. She has had the car a little over 1 month and has had numerous problems. We had a reputable auto repair shop that our family has used for years to look at the car, and found that the engine needs to be replaced. WHEN we eventually were able to contact Carlos, he gave us the "used car salesman" spiel and wanted us to take the car to the same mechanic who jacklegged rigged it from the beginning and leave it there so he could fix it once again to run for a short while. WE ARE TAKING HIM TO COURT!!!! Btw we still do not have our tag and title and cannot contact him to get it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM DOUGLAS AUTO MALL!!!!!

Great car buying and service experience. Purchased an 09 Nissan Maxima for a great price. Carlos took care of any concerns we had with the vehicle with no haggling or complaints. He seemed very genuine about wanting to put me and my wife into a solid car. Honestly, I am usually a sceptic about dealing with car dealers, but this was a smooth process and I will definitely do business with Carlos again. Highly recommended others to check out this business.

Carlos was a very personable and was not pushy. We went to look at one car after we meet with Carlos he recommended another. After a day we made our purchase, Carlos cares about his customers and believes in taking care of the customer of them .. after a month I went by to see Carlos and he helped me program new key pads for our car that he ordered for us. Not professional. Cars are not emission ready and need to much work after purchase. He fixes cars so they will be okay for you to drive off but they tear up quickly and he gives you the rub around but wont fix your car. Please do not buy from Carlos.
