You guys are crazy with your comments about Mr. Auto. Mr. Auto deals the same way with all of his customers and sold tons of car while I was there. He lets you take the car for a couple of days if you want to take it to YOUR OWN mechanic. If you took it to prologix that is on you. They dont know a bucket from a wrench. I bought a 2002 Saab 9-3 from Mr. Auto, AJ in particular. He had the car listed at for great price and worked with me on that price for some minor things that were wrong with the car. I got a great deal on my Saab and i love it. There were a few minor problems with the car before I bought it. Both of those problems were fixed before I paid for the car. Later on in the week, I had some trouble out of the oil light again. I brought it back to AJ. He said if there was something wrong he would pay for half of the repair. The mechanic shop we went to tried to install the wrong piece. I told AJ and he took me to a different mechanic who just had to put synthetic oil in the engine to fix it. DUH! These guys did everything that they could do to make sure they sold me a great car. The car has brand new fuses, new tires, and new brakes plus it was super clean. If you have a problem with the car they have sold you, bring it back and let them take care of it. They will work with you to pay for some of the repair, but remember you bought a used car. They really dont HAVE TO help you out at all once you drive off of the lot. I found them very pleasant to work with and i have a great car. Read about CARS before you take the warranty. You can upgrade through the company if you buy a luxury car. I would believe that the other people leaving info on this review site probably came into the dealership with a less than professional attitude when trying to get help with their newly purchased car. (I wouldnt help you either if you came into my establishment with the attitude you have on here.) Remember you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. I would not believe the other people on this handled their situation as an adult buying a car normally would. Check your paperwork. Read your warranty. and do your background research as you would with any other company. I had a wonderful time dealing with AJ and his crew and will buy my next car from Mr. Auto also. P.S. i also had a piece of paperwork that was not notarized. I called Mr. Auto, got the fax number and was faxed back the corrected copy within minutes. If that is not reliable, you tell me what is!!! Samantha MAY 2010

BUYER BEWARE! Even if you believe you have no other recourse, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! In a desperate attempt to quickly regain transportation, I purchased a 2006 Kia Sedona in Nov 2012. About a week after purchase, we picked up the van with a severely cracked windshield. This was the ONLY thing Mr Auto took care of; even if it took 2 wks for them to have a guy do it. A few days later, rod underneath went out ($100). 3 wks after that, replaced battery ($100). A few weeks after that, the car cut off on me. Towed to reputable service center-head cover gasket had bad oil leak which ruined the alternator so both needed to be replaced ($891.04). Picked up from having that serviced and the very NEXT day, car cut off on me-again. Towed it back to service center and once they pulled everything apart, they noticed sludge build-up causing oil starvation to engine; estimated cost $5000. Mr Auto sells cars "as-is" but tacks on additional fees for 3-mo/90 day warranty. When my husband tried calling (within that time span), he talked to "AJ" and was told to call back. He tried calling back but no answer. I called and was told that "AJ" no longer worked there and to call back to speak w/ someone else. Finally I sent 2 certified letters and finally received an email for a meeting. I met w/ "Adam" (hmm, could that be AJ? Just a thought). Adam told me I shouldve inspected the van more thoroughly and that if I buy a new engine, hed install it for me. Gee, thanks!

Do not buy a car from these thieves!! I mistakenly purchased a car from these crooks less than two months ago. A week or two after purchase I had the oil changed during which the tech indicated the crankcase had been filled very heavy weight oil as well as some type thick "no smoke" additive. Well, sure enough, after leaving the service facility with the proper weight and type of oil, the auto started smoking like hell. After three different opinions from three different service providers, it appears to be a valve issue with a cost to cure around $5000. I immediately took the car back as it was still under Mr Autos six month warranty. They refused a refund, refused an even trade with a different car from their lot, and they refused to waive any remaining payments. Oh, Andy did offer, after I paid the car off, trade in value towards something else on his lot. His trade in value was less than half of what I paid for the car two months prior!! Are you freaking kidding me?! This place is joke. Buyer BEWARE!! Do not buy anything from this place! They are completely dishonest, they hide/misrepresent significant mechanical issues, they dont stand behind their sales or cars, and their so called "warranty " is complete garbage. Avoid this dealership at all costs!! If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Next the passenger side motor window broke $96, Then the windshield wipers motor broke $738, then the roaders were bad and was burning my Braking pad $306 when I test drove it before I bought it they told me the burning smell was oil that was burning when they fixed on the car *False Information* this is all between the first 4 months of having this car .....The 3 month warranty covers nothing but engine transmission etc ... I called to talk to them in a respectful manner and soon as he realized Im on the speech and debate team and he cant beat around the bush anymore Mr.Auto himself hung up on me NOT ONCE BUT 3 times in less than 15 min phone call ...I am Geramy Knight 16 yr honor sophomore student at Princeton high school with 2 jobs and studying Mental science all in my Current 10th grade year PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE ...WHAT EVER YOU DO GO TO A LEGIT RELIABLE CAR DEALERSHIP... Do not buy a car from these theives. I recently traded in a blazer for a focus they were selling, and we got it at a great price. Soon after, the temporary tags for the vehicle were running out and we were trying to call them everyday to figure out when they would release the title. They explained they do not release the title until the first payment is made (which wasnt even due yet). I had never heard of this, and he said that everyone does it; which wasnt a problem, but then he retorts "Maybe you should pay your bills and this wouldnt be an issue". Keep in mind I have never been late. I also explained that they did not have a title to my Blazer which I recently traded to them, and I would gladly take back my blazer as they do not legally own it. They then explained that they sold the Blazer at whole sale without a title! COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! I advised them that I would tell my friends (who I had previously recommended to try the place out), that I would not advise them anymore, and they said "We dont care. We dont want your business".
