We bought a sectional here in May and it has been nothing but a headache. While moving the couch down the stairs, the movers ripped up the fabric on the couch and damaged my banisters on the wall. One part of the sectional wouldnt fit down the stairs so we had to pay $200 for someone to come cut it down to fit down the stairs. It is middle of August and we still have not had the damaged done by the movers fixed. The fabric was on back order and it took 2 months to come in. When the fabric finally came in the furniture repair man came to install the new fabric on the couch. When he started taking the couch apart he said that the couch is about to break, the bearings inside were poorly made and need to be replaced. So we waited another 10 days to get the repairs done. When the repairs where finally made by Terry from Sebastian Cole they were done very poorly. Tears still in the couch, fabric was bunched and he left glue on the cushions and on my new coffe table. We sent photos of this to his company and he proceeded to call my husband screaming at the top of his lungs at him. His work is perfect, he makes $4000 a week and has been doing this 30 years. He didnt leave the glue on the table, it must of been us. He said Midwest furniture told him I left a bad review online and we are looking for a free or new couch. So unprofessional, I still cant believe that happen. Im uncomfortable that man was ever in my house. Please do not buy anything from here.

We had a horrendous experience at Midwest furniture and do not recommend it to anyone. We contacted them prior to driving over an hour out to the store for specific colors on a set which were incorrect when we arrived. We let that go and had another set in mind that they had in stock and were told they have the best prices and they were not negotiable . We had seen the set at another store that had a better price already so the sales associate told us let him talk to the manager and that he would call us with a better price. We left and several hours later he called with a better price but let us know they cannot take payment over the phone and we would have to come back. So the next day we drove back only to find out that the sales associate lied about the price to get us back to the store, staying they "forgot" one end table in the price (even though I confirmed in store and twice on the phone the pieces we wanted) and they wouldnt honor the price. The sales associate told us he wasnt getting much commission on this anyway and walked away, the manager laughed at us and wouldnt even give his last name. He finally agreed to talk to his store owner, only to call us today and tell us he wouldnt help us. Dont use this dishonest company! They will say anything to waste your time to get you to come back. Very disappointed and hope others wont take the risk!

I love this place! They have a wide selection of great quality products at an awesomely discounted price! I just got my kitchen table for my first home and I am going back within the next few weeks to buy my living room and bedroom furniture. Andre and John are excellent sales men.
