Because of their delivery company I WILL NOT be purchasing from ArtVan again. First of all, the first day I was supposed to get my delivery the delivery team was at the wrong address, and no one bothered to call me therefore my mother waited on my new empty house for 3+hours until I called ArtVan. .........Ok no big deal, we scheduled for the next day delivery, AGAIN, the delivery team was at a wrong address, in this case they were trying to delivery to my previous address where my sister now lives, she was on the phone with me telling me that the delivery truck was outside and I had PERLA TAPIA from the delivery department on the phone and she was telling me that MY HOUSE was not on the block where the delivery guys were at. I told her of course not, because they are at the wrong address... she kept arguing with me that the delivery team were there but no one was at the delivery address.... AGAIN I told her I was outside and my sister was outside at the previous address and the truck was outside her house. eventually the delivery team said they thought they were a block away, more like 20BLOCKs away, PERLA TAPIA did not hang up the phone and told them in Spanish, well supposedly theyre outside... like if I was crazy. I spoke to MARIA from the stores customer service and she said she would talk to the manager about what I went thru to see how I could get compensated... but that was just a way for her to get me off the phone Very Disappointed...

Try to avoid this store at all cost. Drive farther to go to a different Art Van. When you buy from this store their on it but once you buy Good luck if you have any issues. Also Good luck trying to get a hold of the manager it aint going to happen. I bought some furniture on 06-10-17 with a free Tv offer and up to this date 07-27-17 no luck yet. I called and called. They said they will return my calls and send me an e-mail link or the sales man will call me. But nothing yet. I called the other day and a very unprofessional lady told me that she dont deal with that and it aint her job. Terrible customer service. When your buying your the King of the world but after that Good Luck. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS STORE. Also for any one reading this I work 6 days a week 10-11 hours a day and dont have time to call every day to be given the run a round. By the way the furniture is great but avoid this store

I walked in and immediately a lady asked me if I had my ID and credit card to check my credit. I said I needed to look around. She insisted and asked me my price range, again I said I needed to look around. She made a smart comment saying she needed to know in order to show me what I needed, that the prices where from $300-$5,000. I felt offended and pushed at the same. I tried to ignore it and look at the dining tables in the front, she made me follow her to the back I didnt like them and came to the other ones, my husband liked one a lot and we kept talking about getting it and she straight interrupted, because she wanted to show us more, I had gone to two different stores looking for a table and in both stores the service was beyond excellent, I liked the table on Art Van but I wont be purchasing it due to the terrible experience.

The furniture is great and prices are good. But if you have issues with anything Good luck. Customer service is terrible. You call and they give you the run a round. Sales man will not return your calls only when you buy your his best friend. Other than that Good luck trying to resolve an issue with this store. Bought furniture on June 10 with a free Tv and its July 27th with no Tv yet. Called once a week and they continue giving us the run around. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL TAKE A DRIVE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT ART VAN. I did ask for a sales manager but no luck. I work 6 days a week 10 hours a day and have little time to deal with unprofessionals. Called last time and very unprofessional lady said I dont deal with that and its not my job. Do your self a favor and skip this store.

I was at work only my wife was here to accept Delivery. The delivery guys are a joke and werent able to put my bed base through door. All they did was look at it and told my wife nope not going to fit! Then they wrote on paper work that I refused it. My wife told them we didnt refuse it you just didnt want to try and bring it in! Hire better delivery guys!

Art Van Furniture is a very nice place to purchase furniture. The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable. They have always helped me to get what I needed at the best price they have available. I really appreciate their help, and they are not pushy either.

Great value. Great service. Timely delivery dates. Delivery drivers were courteous, pleasant and efficient. Put furniture together in a timely manner and took all wrappings with them . I would highly recommend.

Worst furniture ever. Its falling apart after five months and dealing with their warranty personal is a joke. Still waiting for repairs on a June claim and the lost my recent claim. How convient for them.
