I love this place, in fact Im writing this review from a chair I bought at the Z over 15 years ago. It still looks great and has held up over time. People always comment how much they like it. This store has everything from books, dishes, mirrors, tables, light fixtures, artwork, etc... I enjoy walking around and just seeing everything they have available. Sometimes I get a great idea for the house just by walking around. This location use to be in Lincoln Park near North Avenue but moved to here. There is underground parking but call to find out what is going on with it. It use to charged, then it was free and then back to being charged. Its hard to keep up, so hopefully they figure it out. They are curbing my impulse shopping here by charging for parking.

Worst experience ever!! We will never shop at Z Gallerie again. Our leather sofa order was delayed without any notice and when we called to check the status, we were given a different excuse each time. Finally, we were told there was a dock strike in CA and that was the reason for the delay. THEN when the sofa was delivered, we found a problem. We went through the process again and someone came to fix it and we alerted him to a manufacturing issue that would require repairs. He took photos and promised to report it. We received a call on this but then nothing. After a month, we checked again - spending over an hour getting through to customer service. This THE WORST company!

This is a place you have to hit if your are looking to make your place have a more Modern/luxurious look. I had no intention to come in but the wall of art pulled me in. They have something for everyone on this wall. The avid traveler, animal lover, aviation enthusiast, or just a person who has a taste for something different. I love the accent pieces that are throughout the store. If you think that your place is missing something, you are sure to find it here.

Staff and general manager are always engaging and helpful! Sales could be better (when there is one, 15% isnt such a great deal) but the merch is nice and theres always something that catches my eye!! Love Z Gallerie!!
