Worst customer service ever!!! The first time I ever ordered from there I didnt get my daughters bedroom set until two weeks after my original delivery date. The second time they claimed that the dining room table was damaged so I had to wait again. Understandable. Its been two years and I went back to get a bedroom set thinking things would be different this time around. I was told my furniture will be delivered between 9-4 on a Friday. didnt receive it till 9:30 PM. To make matters worse after missing a whole day of work, they didnt have my dresser. The delivery men explained that they called the store to say it was damaged and that the store was supposed to call us... but never did. Then they told me it would get delivered by that Wednesday. So I call Tuesday to confirm and I had to argue with them because they told me that they said it would be delivered Friday, which wasnt the case. Then I wait all evening Friday and go figure it wasnt delivered again!! I had to call Saturday morning very upset and had to miss another day of work and waited for it to be delivered Saturday afternoon. To make matters worse I had to sit there and screw on everything by myself, had to put my headboard together by myself, because the delivery men didnt even do that which was supposed to be included with my total. The person I had spoke to said she would get back to me after she spoke to the manager for all the inconvenience...come today that I call they say theres nothing they can do for me. I was going to buy my couch and another dining room table from there, but for sure now that will Not be happening!!! Very upsetting!!! The sad part about it is I loved the bedroom set the other furniture we were going to buy but bc of how hard it has been to speak to anyone about what I had to go through to get my things, makes me never want to make another purchase again!!

If I could give the North Riverside location -5 stars I would. I ordered a bedroom set. The original date of delivery was March 11th. I called on March 9th to add a loft bed to the order. I was told at that time I was told that my delivery was changed to March 10th. Which was fine. The delivery guys came on March 10th. They assembled the bedroom set. As they were leaving they told me the chest wasnt delivered and to call the store. I called the store, in which I was told the chest needed to be ordered. And they would call me when it will be delivered. I was never given a date of delivery for the chest. Then out of the blue I get a call from the delivery driver on March 17th saying that he was in the area and he will deliver the chest within the hour. I told him that I wasnt expecting him and Im at work. I asked him if he could deliver the chest the morning of March 18th. The delivery guy agreed. My wife was home waiting on the delivery but no delivery. I called the North Riverside store approximately 1:30 pm on March 18th and the young lady said they had to unload a truck at the warehouse. And the chest will be delivered between 4pm and 6pm that evening. The delivery was a no call no show. I called the store again on the next day on March 19. The young lady claimed to be unaware of the no call no show the previous day. The young lady said the delivery will happen between 4pm-6pm on March 21st (today). At 6:15pm on March 21st(today) I called to confirm the delivery time. The young lady had the delivery guy cal me. The delivery driver called and stated that we was assembling a bunk bed and will be "little late". This place has great prices but the unprofessionalism is not worth the headache. I guess you get what you pay for!!!! I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy!

Horrible experience with them. I received my bed on 8/22. The middle supporters were to small. Was promised they would bring the correct size the next day. A few days later not hearing from them I call & speak to Liz who said the supporters were mailed to me & I should get them in 4-5 days. Two weeks later I finally received a package, but only one support in there. My bed needs 3. I called to let them know, on a Friday, they said they will send the guys out in Wednesday to come finishing putting the bed together. On Wednesday the guy informed me that they did it have three support to assemble my bed. So they would order it again. I called the store this Sunday spoke to Liz asking her for corporate number & she gave me a cell phone number. I called back & a lady name Alex answered had me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up called again, spoke to Alex & she said that her manager Will said that he would have someone out today (Monday) between 10-5 to fix the problem. I called today at 6:30 because I hadnt heard from anyone spoke to a lady name Maria she said she didnt know anything about it & that the warehouse manager would be in the store in 10 minutes & she would have them call me. Still no call. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. When youre in the store they will tell you what you want to hear. But when it comes time to actually do what they say they will do. It doesnt happen. Its like pulling teeth with these people. They are all on bs. I will be calling them back tomorrow so they could come pick up the bed thats half put together & take my business elsewhere.

Worse experience ever, I bough a sectional with ottoman include according to (Maria) she said everything is include just like the picture you have, I found this company on Facebook and was the worse mistake, at first they where so helpful with my order until they give me a chipper sectionals and try to make it looks like it was the one I order, talk to them until they agree to give me the one I order, ok we all can make a mistake right? When we have the sectionals ready to swapped guess what the ottoman was ripped off and the ottoman missing, call the store but the phone was disconnect, text one of the girls from the store and she said that I didnt order the ottoman just the sectionals, no! I did ask for the 3 pcs set, i even receive the legs from the ottoman with the sectionals, they try to make it look like It was my mistake, nice I know what I order and pay for, talk to a manager and was even worse she was so disrespectful and they demand to give back the legs in order for them to fix my sectional, which by the way one they they show up with out previous notice in my house to pic up the legs, I was in hurry and have to leave so the manager said that they wont fix my sectional because I fail to give them back the ottoman legs, ok how I can give it to them if Im not home??!! They refuse to take the sectionals back as I ask for my money they said that it was not possible so now I have a ripped off sectional and missing ottoman, but they have the money so dont care about customers.
