The absolute worst experience that I have had when purchasing furniture. I purchased 4 bedroom sets for my daughters and unfortunately for my daughters everything has gone wrong. I have had 3 different deliveries and always with the wrong items, 3 different technicians have been to my home just to take pictures. One forgot and I had to take pictures and email them over. Every time I call "customer service" I am put on hold for over 20-30 minutes. For such a big corporation, this has been a mess for my family and me, especially for my daughters that cant even sleep on there beds that I promised them. I have attempted to call the store where I purchased at Burbank IL location and talk to the store manager more than 10 times and never receive a call back from the manager there. They tell me his name is Daniel, but from the looks of it they are probably making up a name up. What a joke of a store and representatives there. It has been over 3 weeks and still my order is not correct. Does anyone at Ashley furniture corporation even care about there image ?? I spent a good amount of money at the store, over $5,000 and to have this happen to my family and I, it really is bad. You guys are quick to take my money but not to deliver what is promised. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!

this is an updated review, I was supposed to post this a while ago but was waiting to receive my order first. The store manager Al Renkowiecki reached out to me regarding the issue that I had with Josh and offer to help, I agree and went back to the store where Lavelle and Rita Johnson took good care of me. Lavelle was very patient and helpful , he answered all my questions in a professional manner. Rita made the exchange process very smooth and went the extra mile in upgrading my purchase at no extra cost...she is very sweet!!! Ive received my Rug few days ago and cant wait to use it at my new apartment in 2 weeks. Also received through the mail today a postcard from Lavelle on behalf of the entire team and that left me speechless, what an outstanding customer service? After all these, my opinion about this store has changed a lot and will definitely recommend it to everyone. I really appreciate Al for reaching out, also Rita and Lavelle for making my experience awesome ☺️ BYW Im enjoying my office furniture and will keep you posted when I open the rug. Very pushy following me around the store like a hawk . Sales people tell you anything just to get a sale. Lied directly to my face about what a set comes with. Upon delivery my comforter set didnt come in on time. Also a lamp was broken needed to be replaced. And now changing my total with the bank I financed with. Mind you I financed this set back in July. I made my monthly payments every month and noticed had been charged late fees. Pardon my language but. ...Assholes had never provided the total amount charged. Just now in November did they send the information over. In turn made my monthly payment higher ,thus changing my minimum monthly payment. Had I not looked at my statement in the mail I would have accrued more late fees. I did go in person and their manager didnt listen to my story. Basically told me it wasnt an error on their end. Telling me they cannot do anything but forward my information along. I was told I would be getting a call back. I await their call Ill be updating on the outcome.

Had very bad experience at the store. After getting my items delivered, I noticed items missing and items were mixed up because I didnt even order them. I asked the delivery staff on how the process works getting my items that I ordered, they referred me to call the store. I called the store they told me different information than the delivery staff and made it seem like it was my fault for trusting them. They rescheduled my delivery for a date 4 weeks later. I received some gift cards for the inconvenience that I took to the Romeoville outlet store and I was not able to use them because wrong expiration was written. The representative at the romeoville quickly referred me to call the store and was not able or willing to help me. Overall BAD experience/service at this store and the outlet store in Romeoville too.

My mother in law needed a new mattress so we started looking here. I wasnt with her thru the whole process, but she was glowing about the service Ryan and Jose gave her. She found the mattress she liked, and Ryan took care of the rest. When I did stop in to pick her up, he greeted me with a handshake immediately. Who does that nowadays? Im told that this store is under new management and clearly they realize that customer service is priority as it should be. Plus walking around the store, I saw some nice things and the quality seems to be much better than other stores Ive been to and everyone seemed friendly, no pushy salespeople following you around. I live by an Ashley furniture that hasnt been getting great reviews lately so I may be coming to this location for new furniture in the future.

I went to the Ashley Furniture Store on Lagrange Road with my sister for the first time a few weeks ago. My sister was looking for a mattress for a her daughters bed. Needless to say, there were mattresses that were placed on the floor; as I was walking my foot got caught on the edge of the mattress and I almost fell down. As a result of me trying to catch my fall, I hurt my back and foot. The Manager, Sales Associate, my sister, and a few others witnessed what happened. I did fill out an incident report and I tried to follow up the Manager Jessie and Corporate Several times and I have been given the Run and Around... Needless to say... I will have to take this matter further since I cant work things out with them. My sister decided not to do business with this company....

Mario Chiquito fue el vendedor que me atendió el día de mi compra, mi experiencia con este vendedor fue excelente, muy amable, respondía todas las preguntas que le hacía con muy buena actitud. Quedé encantado con el servicio que me presto este vendedor q me dieron ganas de volver otra vez. Necesitamos este tipo de vendedores positivos y con gran actitud.

We had the best, I mean the absolute best experience when we visited the store. Our salesperson Jim, was fantastic. Not only was Jim knowledgeable, he made us laugh, made us comfortable, and he didnt hound us. During the writing up of the sale, he kept us abreast about what was going on. We crunched numbers together, he also made sure that we were not going over our budget. The purchase we made is good quality furniture, and Ill sure it will last a long time. The store had a great ambiance, the prices were reasonable, and the sale prices were even better. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in Ashleys. I am 100%sure that we will make a purchase from this location again.

Ryan and Brittney were a HUGE help! Walked around the showroom with Brittney for a bed set. Helped narrow down my options based on what I was looking for and shes super personable. Ryan helped me pick out a mattress I fell in love with based on my price range and preferences. Hes full of knowledge when it comes to the products and also super personalble to talk to. Told myself I was only going into the store to check how much beds/mattresses cost these days so I can price comparison. Had an awesome experience and walked out 2 hours later as a costumer! Thanks Ryan and Brittney!
