I have been a loyal, regular, weekly cutomer since this store opened purchasing wines and Magners Irish Cider. I ordered 3 Cases of Magners, which was backed ordered since the end of August. On Wednesday, Sept. 30th the store called my home leaving a message the 3 Cases had arrived and were there for me to pick up. Upon returning home from work I called the store, spoke with a women stating I would be in over the weekend to pick up the 3 Cases of Magners; she stated the 3 cases would be there for me.. Today, 2 days later, I drove after work to the store to pick up my 3 Cases.... to be told there was only 1 case on hold, a store employee had sold my other 2 cases. This is not acceptable, quality customer service for a loyal customer. I might add this is the 2nd time a case odered for me was sold before I could pick it up. It seems this location does not care about providing quality customer service. I will now contact the corporate office to lodge a formal complaint.

The selection and prices here are great & so I always return. However, their cashiers are very rude. I have been there three times now and every time whoever was ringing me up pretended not to hear me when I talk to them. Its not a deal breaker but come on, if I say Hi how are you twice in a row to your face, you should acknowledge my existence as your customer. They are all like this.

I have been to the Ft. Lauderdale, Boca, and Plantation store. I LOVE total wine. However I find the staff at the Plantation store a little lost. Lots of people walking around doing nothing. The other stores have the staff walking up to you asking if they can help. In Plantation you have to ask the staff to help you.

The staff is as helpful as the can be considering they are only a few of them. The need a better inventory tracking system. The over stock liquor isnt always right above the display area. They searched for 20 min but luckily they found it. The prices are good and selection is large.

Great selection of a wide variety of different alcoholic beverages. This particular store isnt as big as some other locations, so it doesnt offer quite as many choices if youre used to a bigger store. However, youll definitely be able to find something great to have this evening.

Made a joke to the staff pronouncing "dessert wine" as "desert wine" and asked "why would some one would need wine in the desert?". The staff member politely told me the wine was for "after dinner." and started laughing after realizing the joke that I had made.

Great selection as all Total Wines. Club card is pretty lame. Manager is sleazy, and the staff here is not always the most engaged, but very knowledgable when they are. Louis is the man to talk to and the only reason this location gets four stars.

Great place to find wine and other similar items. They have single beers which is great for tasting new ones. On the weekends they do wine tastings, which is a great way to expand your knowledge and try some new ones.

The staff they have now are all so helpful. It was a great experience from walking in to checking out. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. I walked in expecting to buy one bottle and found 3 more Id love to try.
