Verizon workers have always been prompt, courtous and extremely helpful. One time I even went there questioning why our data was disappearing so mysteriously. The friendly staff at Verizon Wireless quickly figured out that it was when I let someone else log into a separate Facebook account on my phone, they had hacked into my phone. One person was using our data to illegally talk on their unpaid phone and another was using Internet and text! Thank You Verizon Wireless

Waited an hour and a half for them to sell me a SIM card I couldve gotten for free from a Verizon corporate store (I didnt know that until they told me). When I got home and tried activating the SIM card it wouldnt work. Called Verizon tech support, and they said they either gave me a bad SIM or the wrong SIM.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THIS STORE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!! VERY LITTLE HELP, KNOWLEDGE, AND MOST OF ALL COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY ALL AWAY AROUND!!! GO TO 3627 DENMARK DRIVE #200. THEY WILL BE A MUCH APPRETIATED CHANGE FROM THE PURE IGNORANCE LOCATED AT 2210 W BROADWAY!!!

Walked in to see another customer leaving looking very happy. Had the pleasure to have Anthony set us up. This guy is funny, knowledgeable and knows what you want. He made this a wonderful experience. I just switched to Verizon and so far Im loving it.
