This store is a joke to say the least. We turned my wifes phone in for a new phone... she still owed approximately 80.00 on it, and was told that her phone...even though it was cracked would be worth what she owed. She turned her phone in and a week and a half later we received an email saying we needed to send her phone in. No one at this store told us we needed to do that. We were also told at that time it would need to be in perfect working order. When my wife went to pick up the phone she specifically asked if the damage to the phone was going to cause an issue and was told that the district manager had gotten involved and it wouldnt be a problem... just to take the phone in to a fed ex store or UPS to send it in. Instead of doing that we took the phone to a corporate store and asked them their opinion...they told us if we sent the phone in we would most definitely be charged a 300.00 damage fee... to take the phone back to this location and switch everything back. My wife then went back to this location and was told there wouldnt be any problems sending it back but they would call the manager to find out what the plan was and then was told there was good news and bad news.... the bad news being that the district manager could not get the fee waived ( and I guess was just going to let us find out about it the hard way?) But the good news was that even though we were out of the 14 day trial period theyd take the phone back.... apparently they cant count either as it had only been 12 days. After a huge mess and 5 plus hours of fixing this screw up... we learned a valuable lesson... dont trust the signs that say Verizon. Make sure its an actual corporate store and not an "authorized dealer"... because they dont have a clue what theyre doing and obviously dont care when theyre going to screw over 10+ year customer of Verizon. No big deal. Save your self some hassel...dont go here.

Bought a phone for my wife along with a case and screen protector. Was told they would all be in at the same time and when I went to go pick up everything they only had the phone. They told me it should be in in a day or two and they would call me. On the third day I called and they said they were just about to call me but it hadnt come in yet and they were going to bring it up to the manager and the call me back. A few days later I call again and they said the same line but had an excuse that they didnt have my number even though we gave it to them when we picked up the phone and that it hasnt shown up yet. The next day I was in the area and decided to stop by to figure out what was going on, it was 10 minutes before closing and he said the same line again, even worse his girlfriend was there as well, obviously he wasnt planning on calling. Finally after two weeks I get a call saying that the items came in, I pick them up and take them home, then while I am trying to put it on I realize they gave me the wrong screen protector. I take it back the next day and they said they will order me a new one and send it to my house but it will take 3-5 days. I then ask about composition for all of my time that has been wasted and the best they could do was a screen cleaning kit. From what I can tell the employees are told to lie about whose fault it is and then proceed to not care about how much time of yours they waste. Definitely not stepping foot inside this store again.

Recently switch from Sprint because my service was so poor where I live now. Dianne was the employee who helped me and she was patient and knowledgeable in all my questions and concerns. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a while. Even though Verizon is more expensive I do believe you get what you pay for. Ive had great service no matter where I travel and the new Galaxy S8 is an incredibly efficient phone. Their plans are much more flexible and I only waited for maybe 10 minutes to get help when it was clearly a busy part of the day. 10/10 would recommend.

My grandmother went in and got a hotspot so she could have internet at her rural home. She was told the plan was unlimited and got it in writing. After 10gb the speed was reduced to a non functional speed. This was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. She went back to the store and the reps there agreed it was not in the agreement. They called corporate and were told that the plan they gave my grandmother was not valid. They did nothing to honor the original agreement. Dont waste your time with this place or Verizon. Terrible service!!!

Absolutely no help at all even though I was only customer in sight. He did nothing and sent me away to call for warranty replacement on my own. I then went to blair Nebraska store where they did everything for me and got me a loaner till my new phone arrives. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!

Couldnt even get a hello or an acknowledgment that we were in the store. I understand there were other customers ahead of us but atleast say hello Ill be with you in a minute but we sat and waited 20 minutes before walking out with no one ever saying a word to us!

We were promised $600 and when we confronted the staff they said they were joking. Well Im not joking about this post. Dont ever go to this location. They are all liers and have no idea what they are doing. This was the worst service Ive received in my life!!!!!!

Went to the verison store today and had a great experience. The guy was helpful friendly, in very attentive in what I needed as far as my phone. Dont know what kind of experiences anyone else has had but mine was great!

3 times now Ive gone by after work and the doors are locked and no one in sight. Sign on door says in bathroom. Yet you can clearly see the bathroom and the door was wide open. Someone needs to do something about this.
