This is a must if you have a dog or cat and are visiting Asheville! Their biggest strength is their employees, each of whom you can tell truly care about your pet almost as much as you do. They only sell quality food and pet supplies, so if you only feed your dog Iams and walk him once a week, this is NOT for you! The employees were extremely knowledgeable and kind, and gave free samples to me while giving treats to my pups! My only complaint would be that its a little pricey, but I would much rather support a local business than Petco!

Absolutely wonderful. Recently purchased a toy at the store and had wonderful service and help finding what I was looking for. Once I got home, my dog ended up losing his new toy in a local stream. The toy was under warranty to float and the store was more than helpful in getting me a new replacement and even going as far as to ship it to my location outside of Asheville. Every time I visit Asheville I will be sure to visit. They are the best.

I moved here from Chicago and was BLOWN AWAY by the shop. We have great stores back there but none as picky with their products. They have just the best of the best I can find hard to find treats that others dont carry. They always have my orijen/acana/and sojos in stock. I love talking to the staff they are knowledgable and friendly. So glad I found this store!!

Love this shop! Ive been going since the original opened. I get all my pet food here and more! They are super helpful with all the special needs of my cats, they have a great selection of food, toys, and health care products and the customer service is excellent. Cant recommend them more!

Walked in at 7:01 pm not knowing they closed at 7:00 pm. I asked for something to entertain my cat and was courteously shown some products of which I made a late evening purchase that made both my cats very very happy.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can track your purchases for you, which makes subsequent trips very easy when you need to resupply! They repaint their storefront window from time to time - very creative!
