This is one of our most favorite things to do for our family is our weekly trips to the Pet Supermarket in Spring hill, Fl. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and inquiries. The store is always clean and inviting. All this is due to the staff Kelli, Bert, all of the Stephs ;), and Lisa are just exceptional people persons and are there for you.! After many pet stores over a stretch of time with my kids growing this is OUR store! I highly recommend and can not say enough good things about these folks at Pet Supermarket here in Spring Hill, FL

I LOVE THIS STORE! The staff is the most friendly and helpful. They treat you like you are their favorite customer and also like they have known you forever. For this, I am, and will always be loyal to them. Their prices and selections are very similar to the big box store down the street, but you dont feel like you are bothering them when you need help. P.S. Sean, you are the best!

The only place I go for my pets food! I love the reward points and coupons. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ask if I need loading my big bag of dog food out to the car. The store is always clean. I love visiting with the pets for sale, cats, carrots, bunnies, birds, fish. Also my dogs love shopping at Pet Supermarket, now thats important

Was never approached by any staff member. Was there with my grandson, to buy fish. I had no idea WHAT to get and what goes with it. Everything I wanted to know, I had to ask. Nothing was "given" to me. Customer Service could stand some tweaking.

Very generic store, nothing special. Lower-end quality of toys, foods, etc. Staff looked very bored and werent greeting customers or asking anyone if they needed help.

Nice place 4Ur pet needs. More expensive than WalMart, but bigger selection. Great4 "exotic" pet owners(ie.. Snakes, Reptiles, Hedgehogs, Gerbils, Rabbits, etc..)
