I took my dog here to be groomed I have a 60 lb German Shepard , mind you he is a military police dog so he has been trained . The manger here told me they could not groom him cause he was aggressive and showed his teeth , which is highly unlikely since he has never done this before. That he needs " puppy training " and been groomed numerous numerous times at other groomers and never had a problem anywhere but here . I personally think they just didnt wanna do it cause of his size and they had 3 little dogs that came I after me . The manger also brought in her personal pet which is very unprofessional , I took him to another place in Tampa and told the owner what the petco said and she said they just didnt wanna do him cause he was perfect for them . I would never recommend this petco to anyone . It was horrible .

We take our chiweenie here every 5 weeks for a grooming. The staff overall is very kind, informative and respectful of the animals and to their customers. The store is always clean and they have no problem helping you and giving advice.

Got our dog a rabies vaccination, took 5 minutes & cost $19. Very nice people to deal with & bring your previous vaccination certificate with you. Call for date & time when they (Vetco) are available.

I never had a problem with PetCo in Brooksville. I call and speak to people and never had a problem with grooming services. They have always been helpful, clean and friendly at our local PetCo.

Terrible customer service ... Dont ever try to call and reach them, theyll just hang up on you. Is it that hard to answer a phone? I hate this place, I want to slap them all in the face.
