We took our daughter to look for frogs for her birthday. Three people stood and talked and talked about a movie. While we stood waiting right behind them for help. I interpreted and ask for help. One of them took me to see the frogs and went straight back to the conversation. I walked all the way to the other side of the store to get help in the fish and frog dept.He was nice and said he would correct the problem. We returned next week to buy two frogs and one of the same rude guys was still there. He actually did help us. Caught the frogs with his bare hands. Not very sanitary. And his breath smelled like poop. I think I will be shopping elsewhere for our pets needs.

I shop at the Kingsport location often. It is clean, organized, and well maintained. I have been to the Johnson City store twice and it was horrendously dirty, disorganized, and dated. I definately prefer the Kingsport store. Anytime I have shopped at the Kingsport store, the staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. One time my dog got sick in the store and they were all about helping me to clean him up and care for him. Our friends have a labradoodle and they take her there to a groomer named Connie and highly recommend her. We just got a new puppy, a goldendoodle, and we will be taking her there for grooming.

First of all i would like to say that as a rule i am always happy with Petsmart. TodY not so much. You sent me a coupon for a free bag of dog food up to 8lbs. Well guess what no 8lb bags were available. I asked the floor clerk if there were bags somewhere and she began to tell me how they didnt expect the couoons to be that poplulat. Really? You send out free coupons and think no one would take advantage. So i ended up wiyh a 4 pound bag. There were alot of people not so happy today in Petsmart Kingsport TN. I know it was pending supply but just like anything have ample supply.

Every time I go back to PetSmart I cant believe how the toys although wonderful selection jumps up in price and I mean jumps but I do blame our economy for that and all prices everywhere are skyrocketing but otherwise you can find just about anything there as far as your doggy is concerned so cleanliness and variety I have to give it a 5

I go to PetSmart in Kingsport to have our 4 yr old Yorkie groomed. Connie is the groomer and she is WONDERFUL!!! I highly recommend her. She is so sweet with our Yorkie and does such a great job with her cut. Our Yorkie is a long hair silky and she is not an easy cut. Connie does a fantastic job.

I went to petsmart to buy my daughter a guinea pig i got her home and one week later i realized she was pregnant. Not only is she pregnant but she has been for about 7 weeks. I am calling today to see about what action i can take.

My fur babys love to go to PetSmart! My older baby is TT she is a chiweenie, she gets so excited when she see where we are headed! And my other baby Mia, shes the Yorkie puppy, she is learning that she loves it too!!
