Had a horrible experience with Wyckes and their supplier, Urban Innovation. It began well: no pressure sales, large selection of styles and fabrics. Received the sofa within the agreed timeframe with the correct fabric. Then it all went bad. Less than a week after receiving the sofa, it collapsed while we were sitting on it! The legs came off the frame! Long saga of calling the store, sending pictures, calling again, sending more pictures. The Wyckes store manager, Andy, assured me the manufacturer was apologetic and would fix the issue but could not tell me how long it would take. A week later I had to call again to be told they STILL could not tell me when the sofa will be fixed! RIDICULOUS!!!

It was raining outside walked in and was like a ghost town. Finally a gentleman came to ask but he seemed like he was not interested in helping. Ask about the best price he can do for recliner set and he said the price is what it is no matter if it is paid with cash, credit or payment plan. Most of the furnitures are discontinued from suppliers exp. like Ashleys Furniture. Wished he had a motive to sell. :(

Horrible delivery service. Called me and schedule a delivery date and time. Did not call to inform me that they would not be coming at their date and time they had scheduled. Then couldnt even tell me what time they would be coming the next day. Excuse me I did pay for a delivery it wasnt like it was free. Will never send my money at this store again.

We came in to purchase a specific bedroom set my wife found online. Once we explained what we wanted the associate showed us a much nicer set that better fit our needs and costed less. They went out of their way to work with us on delivery request. Highly recommended taking a look at this location for your furnishing needs.

Huge selection of furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Not like your average salesman trying to push you into buying something, these employees genuinely want to help you. My experience with Wyckes was amazing and is definitely the first place I think of when I want to pick up some new furniture.

These guys are great! Look for what you want at the other stores and buy it here for an incredible price. We bought an Ashley sleeper sofa for less than the sale price at Ashley and at Ashley they couldnt get the couch in a sleeper!
