On Tuesday March 28th I visited the store to buy a queen size mattress. I purchased a mattress set and I was told the set would be delivered Monday April 3rd between 3 and 5 pm. I left work 3 hours early. The mattress was not delivered Monday. I was guaranteed it would be delivered Tuesday night. It was not. This store does not know the meaning of costomer service.

We wasted so much time at other furniture and carpet stores. Then we found this place. Bottom Line: We paid 40% less for the same table we found in 4 of the stores we looked. Also, we opted to have the furniture assembled, and the gentlemen who delivered the items and do the assembly WERE gentlemen. Thank You 1 Stop!!!!

WOW prices are so reasonable. Furniture is beautiful they have from garden furniture to dining room sets living room, to kitchen remodeling. All furniture is at least 2 to $300.00 less than other places.

The prices are beyond reasonable. The customer service is awesome. My only gripe is the delivery. If they tell you it will be delivered on a certain day, most likely it wont.

Bought matress and sofas. Were supposed to be delivered today on same truck, or so they told us. Now they said 1-7 days for delivery. Sales people are inept. Do not buy here.
