I called the store at 11 am using the Item # to put an item on hold. I drove over an hour from Lake Elsinore to Long Beach, arrived to the store at 4 pm to find my 24 hour hold expired in 4 hours and the item had been sold. I spoke with the manager Corina who took no responsibility for her employees mistake and instead give me several different excuses. 1. They never had it ( excuse me I used the item number when checking availability & the young lady asked if i wanted to pay for it over the phone. 2. They must have held the wrong item (again I used the Item #) 3. She would not put a low cost item on hold ( $159.00 may be considered low cost to her) because it can cause problems if someone else may want to buy it, even though hold items are removed from the floor and placed in the storage room 3. I cant prove it was put on hold. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER

I love the smell that greets you when you open the door of this store, its always so pleasant. Very clean store, helpful staff. Ridiculously overpriced, but you already knew that.
