I spent over $2500 buying furniture from here and all my stuff is falling apart...the guys who set my furniture up put it together terrible.... My dining room chairs are all wobbly...the legs are coming off and all the screws are coming loose...they didnt bother leaving the thing they used to put em together so they can be tightened....my boys bunk beds wobbly and squicks regularly and its missing washers that hold the screws in place and again I have nothing to tighten then with and even worse my bed fell apart on me...they brought screws that were way too small the board that hold up other boards that holds my mattress completely I came off and I had to have a friends try and reinforce it and he said the wood is cheap and they stripped the screws that were too short to keep it together....the only thing g that hasnt fallen apart on me is my couch other than that I am disatified with the service u got its not fair that I paid all this money back in December and all my furniture is falling apart....I feel I deserve a refund or some type of compensation for this I feel ripped off that furniture I havent even had a year is falling apart or put together poorly and now I have to spend more money to fix it all.

Ordered a Queen Mattress & frame from a sales person there on Feb. 24.2017. Paid in full. He told me it would take 7-10 days for it to be shipped to my home. It literally took longer than that about 3 weeks almost 4 weeks. So then, I called spoke to him, and he told me he received it on the 10th day, and he said to me, "the mattress and the queen frame where beat up it wasnt good at all, so I sent it back to the company that I bought it from." From there I said in a polite way, " ok well that was very nice of you to do that. But how come I didnt get a call saying you got the shipment sent to your store without informing me and having me wait 3 long weeks?" His response was unbelievable. So I asked for my money back and went somewhere else that made me feel completely satified! & didnt keep waiting three long weeks.
