The good: Love the staff here as well as the prices. The bad: I purchased $2,400 worth of furniture from Urban Home upon moving to California. Two pieces of the set ended up on back order. I was given a window of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It is week 10 now and the company is refusing to provide the furniture I paid for or give a refund for the set. Their customer service, while great at the store, falls apart once you get to corporate. The ultimate escalation is a General Managers voicemail (which is full). This is the American Apparel of furniture- great people, good prices and ok product with leadership that is disconnected from their customers and struggling with their operations. My suggestion: Buy your tchotchkes here but skip the furniture.

Very bad costumer service they dont know nothing and they rood. I bought a dining set and since the begging the supervisor at Arcadia was very rood not nice and made everything so difficult I wanted the set for my thanksgiving dinner. The quality is poor I received 2 of the counterstool damaged I went to exchanged them but they were not flexible they had me submit a claim is being 5 daysd I havent get any respond nothing and I waiting for an answer I feel so frustrated because I paid in full cash. So I dont recommend this store you cannot return or exchange product youll have to do a claim and wait o dont how long. Dont wasted your money in this store. I thought it will be a nice experience buying here good costumer service but no not at all.

Talk about bad employees in the world, am I right ? I got kicked out of the store for NO reason or maybe bc I was sitting on the couch for "too" long. I am moving in this new place next week, I wanna make sure that my money is well spent but instead they were so rude to me. For real never entering that store again in my life. They dont know the definition of the statement " the costumers are always right." I was even so nice, minding my own business, testing out some furniture for my new place and out of nowhere the employees started attacking me and arguing me and calling ME rude. Ugh. Whatever terrible place and terrible furniture anyway.

A large portion of their furniture and beds are made in Vietnam and China. Customer service was good, not great. They only had 2 sales floor people working. Dont go here, go to Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn instead.
