My wife has been buying from Dianna, store consultant, at the Ethan Allen, Pasadena store for over 20 years. She has spent thousands of dollars at this store. In addition to all the furniture, we had custom curtains and window coverings installed. About three weeks ago, my wife called Dianna to ask for the stores assistance on removing one of the window shades, since we would be remodeling our bathroom. I usually can take shade down but these, I couldnt figure out and they were expensive. Dianna told my wife she would take care of it. It is now three weeks later and our demo crew has to cover them because , Dianna and her overpriced store, never came over to take our window coverings down. As usual, they are helpful when you want to buy, after that, forget it. Terrible customer service, after the fact. P.S. The last overpriced magazine rack that we purchased came in a box, " Made in China". The Ethan Allen of old is gone, meet the new face.
