If you are searching for your dream wedding gown, I cannot recommend The White Room (Lebanon, TN) enough! When my husband and I got engaged, I started searching online for wedding gowns that I may be interested in. I found that I was most interested in Allure gowns, and I kept track of the style numbers that caught my eye. Next, I called around to some local stores to see which stores had those gowns. To my surprise, it was very difficult to find the gowns! However, the White Room stood apart from the rest by having 4 of the 5 that I absolutely wanted to try. My mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law spent an afternoon in Lebanon trying on the gowns. There was one that I liked more than the rest and it was a champagne color. I knew that I loved it, but I just wasn’t sure if I could bring myself to buy a dress that wasn’t truly white. I could order it in white, but I definitely didn’t want to order something that I hadn’t seen on me! That’s when Celia worked her magic and suddenly appeared with an almost identical dress from Allure’s previous season. It was the same dress, but in white and with a satin bodice instead of the lace. Someone had cancelled their order, and it was just by chance that they had this dress on the rack. Luckily, we could still order it in my size. Thanks to The White Room and Celia, we found my dream wedding dress! We also ordered my bridesmaids’ dresses from The White Room and that whole process also went extremely well. It was truly a pleasure to work with The White Room, and as an anxiety-prone bride, I can honestly say that they didn’t add an ounce of stress to my experience!

Maybe we just went on a bad day but as soon as the whole bridal party came in we were left waiting for awhile until they figured out where they were going to put us. Even though the appointment had been scheduled months before. The consultant wasnt knowledgable about the designers they carried and wasnt helpful at all. We then stopped asking questions and just started looking for the dress that we thought the bride wanted and found a few, none of which were sizes below 14. Therefore we couldnt really see what size we truly were. They then measured us and there are 8 of us bridesmaids, of all different sizes. Yet we somehow were all a size 12. I thought it was strange and when I told the consultant I wanted a 10 she acted as if I wouldnt be able to fit into it. Low and behold all the dresses came in which were FOUR sizes too big for everyone! When I asked how much alterations were going to cost I was told anywhere from $100 to $200.... Uhmm excuse me? Alterations cost almost as much as the dress because the consultant didnt know how to measure correctly?? Absolutely not!! Luckily I found somehow who was able to do it for $30!! I feel that the "Mis" measurement is a sales gimmick to come back there and get it altered. This is second time Ive bought a bridesmaid dress from The White Room (4 year gap) and both times I wasnt pleased. Wont be returning when I get married.

I had shopped at the White Room for pageant dresses long before I thought about shopping for a wedding dress in high school. I am now engaged and came shopping for the perfect wedding dress. My consultant was amazing. The White Room was my first stop, and I had the best experience ever. I found what I thought was my dress, but was convinced by my entourage that I need to look elsewhere just to make sure. I went to a few more places, and nothing compared to the experience I had in The White Room. I also didnt find a dress that I liked nearly as much. I said yes to the dress on my first day of wedding gown shopping. 2 weeks later I received an email that I was invited to be on TLCs Say Yes To The Dress Atlanta. I was ecstatic, but turned down the opportunity because of the experience that I had, and because I had already found the dress of my dreams. Thank you to all of the help I had from Aleia (who went back to school and no longer works there), Jessy, and Abby. They have helped to make this experience the best ever. :)

I attended the Sample Sale Sunday, May 15th, 2016 and found my dress! It was worth standing in line for an hour to find. They were so organized and handled the crowd really well so that it wasnt overwhelming once you were inside to browse the store. (I honestly expected it to be a mad house like the episode of Friends when Monica was shopping for her dress with Rachel and Phoebe lol) My dress was the third I tried on and I fell in love with it. So you could say I saved the best for last! It was by total chance I found it when I did. I saw it hanging up while waiting for the dressing room so it was truly meant to be. I found all the details I love in one dress. The staff were super sweet and helpful. I already have an appointment this week for alterations. I cant wait to go back!

The White Room in Lebanon was by far the most enjoyable wedding dress shopping experience out of the four Nashville stores I visited. The staff were very friendly, kind, knowledgeable of product lines, and patient. Our assistant, whos name I sadly cannot recall, was so very patient as I tried, and tried on again, many dresses. She understood what I did and did not like for styles and comfort and all of the dresses she pulled were amazing. The store has a large selection with many different designers and styles for any kind of bride with any budget. I would highly recommend this bridal salon for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and flattering wedding dress shopping experience. I cannot thank the staff enough!

Going to the White Room was like a scene right out of the movies! Two of my friends got their wedding dresses there so, I had to go. We had the best time and found the most amazing wedding dress. My mom and I came in on a Saturday and while it was busy, the energy was so fun. We were lucky enough to work with Celia who instantly made us feel comfortable and excited. She did a great job of suggesting dresses, giving great feedback and being upfront about prices. Theres a huge selection of beautiful gowns that can fit in many budgets. There was no pressure to buy. Just a lot of fun and support. I highly recommend White Room to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

So I went to the white room after I thought I had found my dress at another location. The girl I talked to at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. I truly wish I had gone to white room first. Fortunately I went on a sale weekend and got a FANTASTIC deal on a dress. Ashley was who helped me HIGHLY recommend her. She actually pulled the dress I ended up choosing (first dress) and had me try on a few others just to be sure. She was very honest and helpful and not pushy like some sales girls can be. She calmed me down about the whole thing. I could NOT have asked for a better experience. All of these girls were wonderful.
