I get it that we didnt have an appointment but were in between appointments and thought we would look at this shop for wedding dresses. Had 3 people with me that were from out of town and the shop was locked. They did let us in however but they were not very welcoming. One older lady was very nice however the owner was very snobish and obviously did not want us there without an appointment. She asked us what we were looking for and when we told her she said well thats not my thing so you might want to go elsewhere. Really!! without even suggesting she could help us find something. We only had 1/2 hr but wanted to see if it was a place we would go back to. My answer to that is no thanks. She gave us the impression that we couldnt afford to look there. I live in Carmel, work in Carmel and my kids went to Carmel schools. This kind of treatment gives Carmel the bad name that it sometimes has. There are plenty of nicer stores with friendly staff in the area to shop at so we will not be going back. Sorry to have bothered you.

I couldnt agree more with Aubrey. I was slightly intimidated going to a boutique in carmel because I was afraid it might be over my budget but there was a fantastic variety of styles and range of prices. I made an appointment and was the only one in there shopping (besides my guests) which made it so much less stressful, intimate and fun. The owner, Valerie was amazing to work with. She gave great personal attention. I also visited Nancys bridal and the bridal superstore (worst experience ever...horrible service). The selection, price, quality and personal attention given by blue house bridal blew these other places out of the water. I highly recommend stopping in if you are a bride!

Blue House Bridal was fantastic! They were my third dress shop stop. The first shop I went to had cheaper options, but nothing stood out. Went to the second shop, which was pricey, but had some great options. Then I go to Blue House and find dresses that are perfectly in the middle for price, but have wonderful quality and are, most importantly, beautiful. And not only are there wonderful designer dresses, but the staff was very happy and helpful. Brittany helped me find the perfect dress right away and even let us stretch a discount that ended on Friday until Sunday since we wanted to have a day or two to be 100% sure. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This boutique sparkles with astonishingly beautiful accessories, classic dresses, and the owners welcoming smile. I found my dream gown here without any difficulty and in my budget. Valerie made my mother and I very comfortable as we made the hard decision between two beautiful gowns, and I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in my dress. Make it a point to check them out!

Wow is this place amazing! The service and attention you get is what you should have when looking for your wedding dress. Valerie really pulled the whole look together without me really knowing what I wanted. You have to make this at the top of your list (plan on it being the place you find your dress) when looking!
