. My husband and I had literally 3 weeks to plan for our wedding. In that time frame, I not only had to organize everything that comes with wedding planning, but I also had to find a ring. Im an extremely extremely picky person and very indecisive (a deadly combo). I always imagined designing my own wedding ring but I thought it wouldnt be possible in the given time frame. So I looked around for settings and hoped I would like one. I must have gone to a half a dozen ring shops in Houston multiple times, however, I just couldnt find anything I liked. So then I decided I would get a simple band and find the ring later. I went to Maharaja Jewelers and Aziz was sooo helpful. He gave me the confidence that I could design my dream ring and it would be ready in time for the wedding. I must have Pinterest 10 dozen designs and finally came up with something I liked. Aziz and his staff were very very patient with me. He gave me the most honest recommendations and we must have revised the design about 3-4 times. He even worked on it while he was on vacation with his wife to the point where he was replying to my texts while his plane was ready to take off to come back to Houston!! Thats the best coustomer service Ive ever seen! Anyway, I still wasnt convinced the ring would look like my dream ring so when he got back he showed me the wax up and I loved it! But being the picky person I am, I wasnt sold on the prongs because I felt they were too thick. I texted him later that night around 11pm about it and he assured that they would look proportionate once the diamond was set. So I took a deep breath and trusted him and approved the design. Keep in mind at this point I now had 1 week left. When the ring finally came in (3 days before the wedding) I absolutely LOVED it! It was so sparkly and shiny and exactly what I wanted! The fit was so comfortable and the band didnt feel bulky at all. Until this day, I dont know how Aziz did it, but he managed to not only help me design my dream ring, but actually had it ready in time when I thought it would be impossible. Ive gotten so many complements on it and it really makes me feel good because the design is a piece of my personality and it really radiates through the ring. If you are looking to buy any piece of diamond jewelry or wanting to custom make any pierce of diamond jewelry, then I HIGHLY highly recommend going to Maharaja Jewelers!!

This will be a lengthy review of my experience. This was my second experience purchasing jewelry for my girlfriend but first time at the magnitude of an engagement set. I have been looking for quite some time now but always ran into that annoying sales person that was trying to sell you a dream, so I would always leave with a bad taste. Upon walking into Maharaja Jewelers I really felt like family. I worked with one person the entire time, which I enjoyed. It made me feel like my business was welcomed and they cared just as much about the special occasion as I did. I would often wait for the sales pitch or to be talked into purchasing something that was out of my price range but that never happened. My sales rep just simple said, what is that you want; as well as answered and gave me advise as it was asked. I went the option of getting a custom ring made. I got the phone call saying it was ready to be picked up. I wont sit here and tell a lie but I was quite scared to see the finished product. Once I got my ring set I was amazed at the craftsmanship and quality of the work. The setting was just beautiful. Also I can be a difficult person to work with but they handled the situation and help make this difficult process a simple one. I would definitely come back and refer to other friends. Thank you

My fiance and I decided to go here for wedding bands. They had a lot of mens designs to choose from. My fiance picked out the one he liked, but I wanted a custom one that would coordinate with my art-deco platinum engagement ring. They were very nice, welcoming, and not pushy at all. We placed our order, and I felt like we got a good deal price-wise. When we came to pick up our rings, which came in very timely, his was perfect, but mine wasnt what I had envisioned. The sales-person was very insistent that I needed to love it. I told them what I wanted changed and she knew the deadline. She had said it would take a few days, but she ended up being able to get it back to me the next day, and it was perfect - exactly what I wanted. This is a family-owned shop with great customer service. They were very friendly and offered us tea and water whenever we came in. The rings came out perfectly, and I always appreciate places where they jump to fix things, rather than you having to pressure them to fix it if its not looking how you wanted. All in all it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider buying from there again. They had a lot of beautiful and unique necklaces, earrings, and rings that I would be interested in purchasing in the future.

INCOMPARABLE - My experience with Maharaja Jewelers was the very best I have encountered when purchasing fine jewelry. Aziz is an outstanding salesperson! Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he is one of the most honest and genuine individuals I have ever come across. I could not be happier with my choice. The eternity band is a beautiful customized design which displays the diamonds so as to demonstrate their intrinsic beauty. The ring is absolutely gorgeous with an intense sparkle. The diamonds are clear with no inclusions visible whosoever. The basket prong setting allows more light, allowing the diamonds to shine more brilliantly. It was the perfect anniversary gift!
